I’ve been a loyal game customer for 30 yrs and I’m afraid to say the experience of going to game now is the most depressing time ever, it used to be fun with experienced helpful staff now they don’t care I really dislike the experience now especially as all my game stores are closed and I have to goto green lanes as it’s now the nearest. Staff are not interested in talking or helping you anymore, it’s such a shame the good times have gone from your stores as I had attended some great mid night launch events over the years and met some great staff who shared the passion of gaming now it’s all sadly gone.
