GAME - Monks Cross Reviews 23

Used to love going into our York store at monks Cross York, but unfortunately it's closed down. The site still gives me a lot of choices to look through,I think it should have free shipping prices as I do spend a lot of money but otherwise it keeps me informed when my order is due.

It's always a pleasure going to this Game the staff are so friendly and happy to talk about nerdy fun things and have a laugh with customers. We are so glad to have met the staff there and visit it almost every weekend. It has been a pleasure it's a shame the monks cross one is closing, we wish the staff our best for their future it has been a pleasure Game Monks Cross. To Tom and all his team thank you it's been a pleasure.

Shocking bought a Nintendo switch, I spent £400 in the shop and had to return to the shop 3 times, because the game did not work. And no one was bothered 1 hr round trip everytime. No telephone numbers no way to contact anyone any other way online, customer service or anything it's 2023 never known anything like it. I won't be spending another penny in game. And telling anyone I know go stay clear of the place

The guy in the shop was super engaged with my 7 year old, he chatted with him about Pokémon and made him feel like a valued customer. Well done game monks cross York
