Would give them zero for customer service if I could. My son bought a controller and when get got it home it was rubbish … clearly built to a budget and so he decided it was not for him and tried to take it back … first person on the store was fine, especially as my son only wanted store credit, but then the manager appears and basically puts words in my sons mouth, ‘so you just changed your mind then’, to which my son (13 and trying to be more independent) says, ‘yes’. Only to be told that the store is under no obligation to exchange or refund because a customer changes their minds. Even when a parent can in to support and really aggressive store manager doubled down. Really daft attitude given the £100s spent annually there … neither son nor I will ever spend money in game again. All for the sake of £15 store credit … irony is he was going to use the £15 store credit to by a £55 game today. Really poor service, but a valuable lesson for my son - bless him.

Absolutely disgusting customer service in the Newcastle store. The shop assistant told me she was going to sign me up for an account which I said no to, she then took the card and threw it hard under the desk which was completely childish and unprofessional. Then when another member of staff came from out the back while she was still finishing the sale she started complaining about her day being awful then shoved the game and reciept in my hands and didn’t say anything. She was scowling at me too all because I didn’t want to sign up for something I’m still speechless honestly it was completely uncalled for I was polite and even up till when I left was still polite despite her horrible attitude. Wish I just left without buying now but will never shop there again.

Besides that, the staff was polite and I made the game card: they explained me everything I need to know and how is working.
