Ordered some items (lighting and baseplate for Rivendel) but never got my order.
No action of them after getting in contact by e-mail.

After having mail contact another attempt is made to sent the ordered items to me!

Received the ordered items in the end after some e-mail conversation with them.
Looks to me that it's more likely that the problem lies with the transport company
and not 'Game of Bricks'.

The Batman Animated Series set lighting kit is simply one of my favorites. The end result is simply gorgeous. I did initially think the installation would be a bit easier due to the flat nature of the Batman Animated Lego. But the opposite was true. Probably because of my large hands. Using a set of tweezers to help place lights or route wires exactly where they need to go will be very helpful. The only thing missing in my opinion was a strip uplighting the Batman sign on the top. But…I customized my build, bought a long warm light strip and added it to the top to uplight the Batman sign. I hid the edge of that strip with some
Black electrical tape which blends in perfectly with the shiny black Lego frame of the piece. And of course I have added some wire extenders so the lights can be powered with USB but also be hung on a wall. VERY happy with this one. 4/5. And that is only because the Batman sign really does need to be up-lit as part of this kit. Although that is easily added as a customization.

I recently bought the lighting kits for both the Infinity and Nano Gauntlet, as well as a 1 into 2 splitter, as well as the 7 port power bar.
Now using the splitter I can light up both sets at the same time from the same source. Or turn on individual sets at my discretion using the 7 port power bar.
While building one of the sets I snapped one of the wires, a quick email request identifying the part and I had a replacement in about a week.
Great product and exceptional service.

Had various manufacturing issues with lights not working (Christmas tree) or not working as they were meant too (home alone house) but to be fair, all issues were swiftly resolved within a few weeks. A special shout out to Nikita & Mehedi who were both particularly helpful and understanding and are always prompt to reply to emails and rectified the issues at hand. Cannot fault the customer service from Game Of Bricks and the after care but the manufacturing which comes from China, needs improving.

Surprise, surprise, the company was only spurred into response and action when reviews came.

Shocking customer service. The set was missing the essential proprietary parts and therefore was rendered useless. All responses were along the line of 'you'd need to check with LEGO.

No, it's your set that has missing parts and you are failing to take responsibility for this even though this is evidenced. The free reviewers' kit in a YouTube video that inspired the purchase came with the needed parts, as did the site's own video demonstration. Terrible customer service.

As a massive LEGO fan in a family where we buy 3 or 4 sets a month, this is extremely short-sighted. We'll be looking at Light My Bricks as an alternative.

Having purchased and fitted more than a few kits and might I add broken a cable or two (all my own fault) I have to say GOB are an awesome company to deal with, their customer service really is second to none an absolutely hassle free experience
The quality of their kits and fitting instructions leave nothing to be desired.
The only thing I would like to see is a direct link to the fitting instructions on their home page, if their is one I haven't found it yet :-(

Although the shipping time was a bit long I was excited to install my 1st light kit. I was so upset to see there were 2 light cables missing. After getting in touch with support they immediately got to shipping the "missing lights". About an hour later I discovered my cat was playing with them.... Top tier response time, friendliness and understanding is why I will definitely make my next kit purchase here! Thanks Eve!

My cable management definitely needs some practice. I'm glad I started small.

Looks DOPE AF!

I bought my first kit for lego Stitch, which is really great and lightens up the build.
Then when i bought the disney castle 71040 it was only logica to buy another lightkit at GOB. Its prpbably the most expensive one they have but what a great addition to the castle it is!
I bought the one with sound, at first it was a bit unclear how to assemble it but with the support of GOB i finally succeeded.
There was some items missing and two of the strings broke when i was assembling them. So I contacted GOB and they send replacement items, great service!

I cannot wait on buying a new lego set and get the lightkits at GOB! Next up: the RB 20 lightkit when released and the lotr black tower when I have bought it :)

Excellent kit with lots of instructions. Good cistomer service resolved a problem I had with my kit.

I was a little hesitant about this kit as I’ve never bought a light kit before. I went for the lights sound and remote version and wow does it look amazing. It took a couple of hours to fit, the instructions are clear and I was suprise that in the kit you not only receive light strips and the wires but also quite a few replacement bricks with lights in them. The way the floors of the house connect is pretty cool too using wireless connections so that it al lights up but can still come apart. Won’t be my last light kit that’s for sure.

I ordered a set of these lights for my son for Christmas and they are brilliant - have completely transformed his Gringotts set. Brilliant customer service too when I had a problem. Highly recommend.

The lights make the lego set absolutely striking and they were not difficult to install. They came in a compact little box and integrate into the set perfectly. I had some trouble getting the remote to work, but the customer service was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

I would highly recommend their lights for any Lego set you want to display.

Had a few light kits off game of bricks and all I can say is there brilliant, they really make your LEGO sets stand out. Pretty straight forward to fit as well. Looking forward to my next build with their light kits.

Yesterday I received my 3 orders of lights, threads and RC for my Star Wars Helmets project. Everything was thoroughly packed in a small box. I trust everything works when I am done. I will keep you guys posted on the final result.

I purchased a lighting set for the Santa's Post Office, expecting a properly functioning product. Unfortunately, after a few minutes of use, the lights start flashing randomly, and parts of the set gradually stop working. After 30 min the entire system no longer responds to the remote control. The balloon's lighting never worked from the start.

I contacted customer service multiple times, provided detailed explanations, and even recorded a video proving the issue. Despite this, the company refuses to send a properly working replacement or issue a refund. They keep asking me to test the power supply over and over again...

It is unacceptable to sell a product that malfunctions so quickly and then ignore customer complaints. I have other similar sets that work perfectly, so this is clearly a defective item. Unfortunately, I am reading reviews at this place with the exact same problem. While they promise good service. Well, not in this case.

In the meantime, support has been silent for quite some time. And they are no longer responding. Is that what you call good customer service?

They are perfect all the way. Their site, the shipping the package and most important is that when you need help their answer is imidiate and so kind and willing full to help and find a solution if anything occurs. 1000000000% recommended.
