I have not received my goods after 15 days. Not even tracking info. They keep on telling me to be patient. Not satisfactory. Looks like a fraud.

Sent me the wrong language version of the game I ordered, then refused to exchange the right one and in the end stopped responding altogether

WARNING: AVOID THIS COMPANY

I placed an order online via Game with this seller for one game on the 6th of January. The money left my account immediately. The item about a month later still hasn't arrived. I contacted the seller as I have allowed enough time for it to be delivered and have had no offer of a refund. To take a customers money but not deliver is basically fraudulent activity. I have reported this now to the police online fraud.

I will never order anything from this company again. I am also a bit weary of Game Uk too as they have done nothing to help.

My order from smartgamer.nl was much cheaper than other retailers. It was posted out to be promptly and arrived the next day. Excellent value and service!

I got my delivery the day after, nicely put in my mail box.

I had a problem with an "out of stock" product and I called the costumer service: they answered nicely and reimbursed my payment in a minute.

The delivery took longer than I expected but the price was lower compering to another websites. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

the best buy you can do

I bought a warioware smooth moves for 16 euro, which was on sale.
But it didnt say that the game is 2nd hand product.
In principle I don't mind buying a used product as long as they're in good condition, but what I don't like is that smartgamer didn't mention it. At least they can be honest if it's a used product, so that people don't expect new product with that price. Put it in the list of 2nd hand product.

I ordered 2 games in October, one I got about a month later after I reminded them about it, the other wasn't available so I ordered a different one and paid the difference, a month later again I emailed them and got no reply

I emailed on them on 4th & 16th Jan, both got a 'responses' 2 days later saying my query will be dealt with in 48 hours (??) it is now 6th Feb, still haven't gotten my money back nor a response!
The phone number on their website is also just for show and to cost you more money as it is never answered
Do not order anything from these, or at least do not pay up front, wait until you have all your goods and then pay.

They owe me €35...enough for a small claims court???
I don't know how they have such a high rating here, maybe they write the good reviews themselves.

I ordered 2 ps3 games: one used, one new. It took SmartGamer ONE WEEK to send my order from Rotterdam to Amsterdam. They hardly answer the phone, very slow reply regarding the email inquiries. Anyway, after one week, they sent 2 used games, not 1 new and one used. Now I sent it back and I hope that they will give me my money back.

I ordered a James Bond DVD-set for my boyrfriend. The price was really good, the best on the market! My order was delievered fast and everything was fine.
