Easy, fast, and good prices

Easy navigating the site and simple to order. Transfer to steam was immediate.

I bought a game but then had to make an account afterwards which was odd but still I made one so I could access my game. It then asked me for a password which I don't remember putting in so I used the forgot my password and had one generated but it didn't work. Now this all doesn't sound great but the reason I gave the 5 star review was because in my frustration I sent a annyed message to them and the response I got was within minutes and it felt genuinely sympathetic towards my situation. The chap who helped was called Leo and if you ever have any problems hope for that man. Honestly best customer service online I've ever had. We got it all sorted out and I was playing moments later. Good job

I would suggest asking people to make an account before buying though, could be a good idea.

Get key of pre order game before release time

I managed to get a lump sum of savings on my purchase of 16 Games with 2 DLCs. $132 paid decreased from $509 with Sales.

Although I did have a problem with one Steam Key as there was a bit of a mix with Code distribution. But was promptly contacted through email after submitting a Ticket.

The Support Staff were very friendly and accommodating and gave a refund and a 20% discount on a future purchase. Thank you Andrew and Leo.

I'll give everyone over 20 years of experience and simply say: These folks are the ONLY people to deal with. Sometimes thats not possible but if you can. They found information and updated my account from many many years ago, they did it in a very professional and friendly manner and within 24 hours. It was a grate process without any hassle

I made a mistake and purchased a game that I could activate in the country I was in (GamersGate checks) but not in the country of my Steam account (no way they could know). Despite this being entirely on me, the customer service agents were super nice and agreed to refund me. That aside, great place to buy games to activate on Steam -- huge selection and often the cheapest on ITAD.

I didn't get a manual review like most people; my delivery was instant. However, it still depends on your account.
