You payment went to fraud review and has failed, we have refused payment and your bank will make these funds available when their system registers our denial.
Frustrating!,
Code was smudged so it took ages to decipher it. My son has Aspergers and so it caused real upset. When we bought these off you before the code was printed clearly, but this looked like a scratch card very badly scratched making it really difficult.

Did not receive code and could not contact company
I only bought the code as I wanted immediate delivery for my son. That was on Friday afternoon, it is now Sunday and have not received it and can not contact. I have had to buy from somewhere else and I hope I can get a refund but have not heard anything to my email as yet..

Been sent a points code that has already been used. Tried to log into my account on their website and it now says my email is not registered at their site. Awaiting a response to these issues.

Set up my account, selected item to purchase and paid, all very easy and quick, less than probably 3 minutes, then got my code via email in about another 3 minutes, back on line in under 10 mins, spit on. Very pleased.

our system is fully automated however this customer again did not complete all our security checks there order was flagged for review when we reviewed today it was declined and a full refund processed
in the response to the comment i would presume you do not run a digital delivery site and you post all goods out so need less checks eg you only need to be sure the billing addres matches we deliver goods by email and have to have additional checks and you failed a crucial security check we do also state this on the site prior to order in the past week we processed over 20,000 orders so this would be a small number of complaints that do not pass all the checks

i would not use this site again as it says on thier home page that microsoft points will be sent via email whithin a few minutes 24hrs later and i still havnt got the code i went on live chat and was told that it would be done later that day again did not happen i would not use this site again

Unreliable and no explanation or follow up from gamesbite - very disappointing!
I tried to order Microsoft points twice and both times it failed but with no email or call to explain why. After hearing nothing for 2 days I eventually called and spoke to a member of staff and whilst their manner was adequate , the response wasn't particularly helpful in the least assuring me that I should receive my codes within 5 minutes, and guess what.......after 4 days, still nothing SO another call I shall make ensuring that my money has been refunded and vow never to use this site again!

the buyers payment failed all our fraud checks and the payment was rejected we did no debit any funds from the buyers account only decline the transaction

when an item is out of stock next to the add to basket we have a message that shows temp out of stock will be dispatched from our restock in black when an item is in stock you will see a green instant delivery notice this item was showing out of stock at the time of purchase and no staff work weekends to upload stock f you contact customer support they will be happy to issue you with a discount voucher of 20% from your next order
