At first i wasn't sure on how long the delivery would be since it ws through email, But i checked my email straight after and it was there and i was very pleased

Ordered some microsoft points for my son, usually when i have ordered from other companies the code arrives by email within minutes, and it does say on the website instant delivery, now it is three days later and nothing, emailed them yesterday, no response, tried to call them mid afternoon yesterday, but answerphone. I guess my next step is to get my bank to refund the money, and contact trading standards, as there seems to be a lot of negative feedback elsewhere on the internet about this company

wanted Microsoft points looked on ebay but came across this site I was a bit reluctant to register at first but I did. as soon as I purchased my Microsoft points I had an email notification giving me my code for the points. I couldn't believe how fast it was put code in works fine now I have added them to my favourite sellers and will be purchasing more things soon.

fast and convinient

took an hour and forty mins to process on-line x-box points, normerly takes less that 5 mins, no explainaiton or apology offered, people on phone were very unprofessional and un helpful.

i ordered 2100 points today and it was really quick and easy the only trouble was i am not that clever with e-mails and i could'nt get the code so when i phoned their help line they were very happy to help me and now i finally know how to open an attachment in e-mails thank you kim

I googled Xbox live points and Gamesbite's site came up. They were cheaper than anyone else for the amount of points I wanted (1200) and the fact that it was an almost instant digital download, made the purchase even more attractive!

My son was very happy that he could buy the new Black Ops Map Pack straight away, so one very happy household.

Would definitely recommend Gamesbite to my friends.

yes my account has gone to review but nowhere does it tell you this may happen unless u have sense to read the reviews first (which i didnt) :(
and then to top it off no one works over the weekend to process it so thats extra waiting !!!!!

I ordered my 1200 Microsoft points yesterday at 6:00pm and still haven't got the code, I've received two invoice emails and a welcome e-mail but haven't got the code. I am waiting.

Wanted to purchase Xbox points and saw a good price on this site... Ordered Friday evening hoping to use what I'm to assume is receiving a code? However, didn't receive anything (after payment) until Tuesday which was an email explaining that I needed to call the office for further details? Not really sure about this lengthy process, don't experience this with any other online shopping? I'm sure there's a simple explanation but just not what I expected.
