Multiple people like Jordan and Alexander are extremely helpful with your server. Almost instantaneous response times and goes above and beyond to help you fix your server. (Jordan specifically helped fixed my server.cfg and clean up various lines)

This is my first time creating my own server..and being an active pothead I had a lot of questions and messed things up a lot. GSK takes a lot of the pain away bc they are always there to answer questions and fix what you did wrong looooool! Love the easy to use TCAdmin Panel. I never write reviews well bc i always forget to but Jake really saved the day for me when i reached out to their online customer support! Thank you GSK crew!!! Great smooth servers. After hours and hours of testing, I had two slight framedrops and rubberbanded once in one month of playing. Good pricing if you do not want anything fancy. Sublime customer service. Tickets are answered within minutes and problems are solved just as quick. 5/5

This server host is so helpful if you have any problems.
I will be using this host for a long time, works real well and they have so many guides if you ever get lost.
I had some hiccups here and there, but they resolved all my issues.

(Summary at the bottom) GameserverKings provided an absolutely wonderful experience for my terraria server. For some context, it was my first time ever renting a server online so while I was hesitant I looked into my options and thought GSK would be a good fit, and oh how right I was. Not only was my gameplay experience extremely smooth and with no hiccups, but the support staff were very helpful, patient and kind. The staff always answered my questions quickly and provided step by step help whenever it was needed. The team at GSK gave me an online server experience that I will remember fondly, Me and my group of friends really enjoyed the server to the max and made the most out of our terraria experience, one that would not have been the same without their services. Basically everything that you could hope for in this type of service was provided, a smooth gaming experience, competent and kind tech support and a very clear and easy to navigate website and file manager for the server. The host is amazing i just started making rust servers they helped me out on every thing. I basically lost all of my configs and one guy made them with me <3

I was having issues with my server location and Jake from GSK was able to migrate me to a Dallas location with all my mods/config intact which was a very nice surprise as most places would just install a new server and you'd just start over. Support has been very helpful every time I've needed them.
