Their communication was exceptional-transparent about pre-order stock and impressively fast with dispatch. Even when an item was accidentally omitted from the original delivery, they proactively sent it later without any issue on their end.

Used for several orders now. Always impressed at the speed and quality of dispatch. Great range of games. Just very happy with the continued great service.

Another excellent experience with my latest order from Gameslore. I've been using them for several years now, and every time is a joy. Fast, reliable service and a special shout out for the discounted "damaged" games, which are always in such good condition I wouldn't have complained if I had paid full price for them. Keep it up!

Order placed at beginning of October.

End of November and still fighting for a refund.

They're trying to blame the SUSD effect but the facts are:

They falsely listed items as available
Took payment
Failed to send invoice/order confirmation
Failed to notify of stock issues
Ignored multiple emails for help

Despite all of these failures being in their control not once have they accepted any fault other than to blame SUSD for exposing they're flaws.

I just received my latest order from Gameslore, and the books I ordered were in perfect condition, having been so well-packed that they survived the delivery driver dropping the box. As always, the prices were excellent, and the delivery prompt. I heartily recommend Gameslore, as theey bend over backward to provide an excellent service to their customers.

Absolutely brilliant, ordered my games Monday morning and they were with me the following morning. After a recent bad experience with another games company, I was particularly happy. Will use Gameslore next time.

Placed my order and it was accepted 23 days prior to release.
Company then emails me 4 days before release 19 days post order accepted to informing me they cannot fulfil my order.

Due to the unprofessional timeframes of which my order was accepted but they had not cancelled/rejected the order I am now unable to acquire this product elsewhere.

Preordered a product from them a month in advance and received an email from then 5 days before release saying they won't have enough product to fulfill my order

Will not be ordering again

Fast delivery, great price

Well packaged, quick delivery and reasonably priced however the DDP delivery cost is a bit high compared to other retailers. Will use again but perhaps only occasionally.
