Excellent on all fronts! Although I initially received the wrong size golf shoes (could have been a problem at any point in the Amazon system), Steve and his team at Gamola were straight onto it - free postage label sent immediately and the correct size sent with no hassle and arrived within 48 hours. I would have no hesitation ordering from Gamola again

I ordered a pair of competitively priced Skechers Go Golf Torque Boots from Gamola Golf earlier this month but a couple of hours later I realised I had ordered the wrong size! I phoned Gamola and spoke with Graeme at the Company who advised me that the Boots had already been despatched. However he quickly explained and arranged the return and re-order procedure which was very slick and efficient. The wrong sized Boots arrived quickly and I returned them. The replacement pair were with me 2 days later. I am delighted with the Boots and very impressed with the Company’s procedures and overall customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate in strongly recommending Gamola Golf to anyone looking for quality golfing goods. And many thanks Graeme!!!

Ordered some mittens from there site six days ago ,, two phone calls later and still no goods ,, wanted them for a present so paid for 48 hour tracking delivery 🚚 have been told they are in the system - not very happy 😟

Sometimes you get blown away by excellent customer service, and Gamola Golf have just done that!
A simple little mix up over my order, a few emails, and my issue was more than adequately resolved by the great sales team at GG (Steve in particular was a delight to deal with).
It's nice to know the art of excellent customer service is still being practised - well done GamolaGolf.
Whenever I next need any golf equipment in the future, I'm going nowhere else . . . good prices and speedy delivery with the knowledge that if anything goes wrong, there is someone there who cares enough to solve it as quickly as possible.

Ordered a golf trolley, they knowingly sent me a cheaper alternative without any communication. I’m now trying to return the trolley and get a refund without success. Terrible communication I would avoid. DO NOT USE!

Placed a small order for some ferrules and grip tape. Got the automated we have received your order email, but that has been the sole communication.

3 working days after placing the order I phoned to see what the status was to be told my package had been shipped the previous day.

Its now been two full working days after that phone call, so 3 working days since the goods were dispatched and I still don;t have them.

Exceptionally slow delivery and really poor communication!
Disappointed.

I ordered a Titleist golf glove for a birthday present for my partner's birthday. I paid extra for guaranteed delivery to be here in time for his birthday. It should have been here 2 weeks ago. Still no delivery. Rang them and very poor customer service. No apology, nothing. Don't use this company. Avoid giving them your money as your order won't arrive. Taking this further.

Unfortunately I had a very poor service from Gomola Golf, i ordered replacement head covers and was told they would be delivered the following week, no covers arrived so I rang them and was told they are out of stock but we're awaiting a delivery, 3 weeks later and still no head covers so I have requested a refund, at no point did they ring me to let me know what was happening, so I think very poor customer service.

I had ordered mens Adidas golf shoes via telephone on 13th May for a birthday gift on the 19th. The person who took my order said they would probably be posted the next day, which would have been fine as coming from Aberdeen and I stay in Scotland too. They had still not arrived by the Saturday so telephoned but their office was closed. Totally disappointed as I was unable to give this as much wanted birthday gift and not able to get any replacement in time. I called their office 20th the Monday to be told that someone should have contacted me as they could not get the stock. No one contacted me not even to let me know and if they had I may have order another style.

Delighted with the Lamkin mid size golf club grips. Unfortunately when I played yesterday I found a standard size grip, had been mixed up with the mid size ones. Have not been back in touch with Gamola golf yet, will do today to get a response. Latest news have spoken to Gamola golf everything now sorted well done.

Order came very quickly and all fits perfectly
