I really do like this company. They are helpful in all correspondence and the vitamins produced by them are also of outstanding quality. However I have given 3 stars and not 5 because I consider the size of most tablets way too large. Hideously big in fact. I feel I need to raise this important issue as there really is no joy in taking them, just dread.

Comprehensive range of high quality vits and mins which meet our needs and state ALL ingredients. Super handy sometimes to be able to get the contents out of the capsule and unlike with compressed pills we’re not eating all the stearates and other ‘extras’.

The buying process is always easy — the website is simple to use and informative, delivery has so far (last ten years) been consistently prompt (sometimes spooky fast) and nicely packaged, and the points system gives a decent reward. Friendly helpful customer service. No reason for us to use another company.

The Arthro Pack made a huge difference even after the first 2 days of taking it. I've been taking other related products from different expensive brands and didn't work near as well as this one. Extremely pleased with the product. Grateful that we still have companies like G&G on the market nowadays.

G&G do packages of vitamins I bought the basic one and it’s great vale when compared to buying tubs separately . It’s quality and gives great reassurance that I’m not wasting money either. . Delivery is quick too .

Great Product, Fastest Delivery!
The supplements come in tinted containers which protect them from light which is the first sign of a quality product, then reading others reviews helps with decisions along with my own research. These supplements are really great, the amino acid formulation, organic spirulina and Vitamin C complex are amazing. I left the review this long so I could genuinely feel the difference between my old and new supplements and my gut it telling me already that I have made a great choice, even my skin is noticeably better. From now on this is going to be my company of choice for vitamins and supplements. Advice is on tap and the delivery was almost next day! (I ordered around 2am and work the nightshift, am 64 female and need all the help I can get!)
