My old transmitter stopped fully working as it would only open but not shut my garage roller door. New batteries did not help.
GDP sent me a replacement transmitter. The instructions were trickier than they looked so I phoned GDP who successfully talked me through the programming of the new transmitter. My garage door now opens and shuts properly.

Fitted unit but had a little issue with one button closing. Emailed company and they replied straight away guiding me how to set it up properly. Very good customer care.

I was having problems setting up a new transmitter for my roller shutter door.
The instructions were clear and concise, however I had not read the details correctly, but a lot of patient emails from the supplier I was able to get things working.

I got stuck with trying to connect a remote to an existing control unit, literally called up was helped by Liz and she patiently talked me through the whole process.
