We like to support local, family businesses where possible as we appreciate a personal service. Garage Doors SW did not disappoint. The quotation was explained in detail, it was competitive and any questions were answered promptly. There were a couple of hiccups in the delivery and fitting, not the fault of Garage Doors SW, and we were kept informed of progress throughout. The fitters were polite and knowledgeable. Dan in particular was very informative. We are very happy with the door which is exactly what we wanted.

Decided to change our unreliable electric roller shutter for a side hinged NovoFerm garage door and approached Garage Doors South West Ltd for a quote. The company were very quick to respond and even arranged for us to view a recent installation of a similar door. The price was reasonable and an order placed. Six weeks later the company rang to say the door was in and arranged to fit it the following day. The installation team were very thorough and knowledgeable and made an excellent job fitting it. Overall very pleased with the door and the service provided by Garage Doors South West Ltd. An added bonus is there's nothing electronic to go wrong!

I received a very professional service throughout from quote to installation.
I had a new sectional door fitted with remotes and keypad. All products appear to be of really good quality (door looks great and remotes/ keypad well designed /feel well made) whilst the installers on the day were very polite, knowledgable and tidy.

I Called this company when my garage door broke. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and asked me a few questions about the door which I didn’t know the answer to as the door was quite old. The engineer attended promptly and I was anticipating that I would need a new door but he identified the issue straight away. He had the parts needed for a repair so fixed the door immediately.

Darren worked with the CAD team at Tekentrup to design a matching sectional and side hinged door combination for us. A challenging job for both design and fitting by Stephen, Matthew, Dan and Tom. Responsive and clear communication, professional and friendly, and fairly priced. We’re delighted with the result and have no hesitation recommending Darren and the team at Garage Doors South West.

The workmen were prompt, steve and mat were friendly and helpful, the garage door and gate were fitted in just a few hours, they look great, finished to a high standard, cleared away all the rubbish, would definitely recommend them.

I had a problem with the electric door that was installed 2 -3 years ago.
From the intial call on the Monday to the Engineer arriving on Friday morning the after sales service was exceptional. The date of visit was arranged at a time suitable for me, the next working day was available. I was kept informed ,by the office, during the week as too the status of the call out. The Engineer arrived when they said, repaired the door and did a service check on the motor. Definitely a Company worth recommending

Came promptly to give us a fair and competitive quote to replace two single up and over garage doors with one roller door. They came equipped with samples and photographs so we had a clear idea of what would be entailed. Work carried out professionally, speedily, courteously and to our satisfaction. Greatly recommended.

Phoned on Thursday and got a call back next morning to say engineer would call later that day. By lunch time engineer called and was able to do a repair with new parts there and then. We had no recommendations to go on when the time came to replace our old roller double garage door. The information online for GDSW was well prepared and reassuring. Darren talked us through all the issues to consider before making a decision and we were happy with the specification and the price. All stages were in line with the timing we had been given and communication was excellent. Dan and Tom did a great job taking out the old equipment, installing and testing the new and making good as necessary including suggesting a better way to locate the flexible bottom edge of the door. They took us carefully through all the functions and gave us extensive advice on the care and maintenance aspects. We are very happy to recommend GWSD.
