Best company ever
My original roller garage door jammed so the company who fitted it had gone into liquidation. I phoned Lisa who arranged some engineers to visit. They arrived the same day and managed to open it but informed me it was broken. It was beyond repair as it was poor quality. (It was cheap) The one they offered was very much better quality with a great guarantee especially as the Company have been in business for many years, They arranged to make it a priority as having just had an operation I couldn't lift anything for 4 weeks which was the only way to open it halfway so I could get at my Utility room. Darren (the manager) chased it up for me and within 3 weeks it was manufactured. Steve and Mathew arrived early yesterday as arranged, removed the old door and fittings and fitted the new one expertly. So refreshing to deal with a company who go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Great family business
Great family business, professional, friendly and efficient. From the initial site visit to installation, couldn’t have asked for better service and a reasonable quote.
Two of my neighbours had used this company for the same conversion and highly recommended them. Had my two single garage doors and pillar, replaced by one large up and over garage door, by Garage Doors South West Ltd, which looks very, very smart.
Impressed how clean the area was kept and left, everyone smartly ‘company uniform’ dressed, very polite and no bad language heard.
Highly recommendable.

Great Service and Product
Just had a new garage door installed by this local company. From the time of my initial contact with them through to the installation completion it has been an absolutely faultless process.
With effective communication and a good price I was more than happy to place the order. This was followed by a friendly, competent and efficient team to fit the new door. In less than four hours I had a lovely new electric garage door, many thanks Garage Doors South West.

Garage Door purchase.
I recently purchased a remote controlled Garage Door from GarageDoorsSouthWest, a pleasant experience from the initial visit from Darren who explained the system to me and sent me a quote for three different options from which to choose. I was told the process takes 6 weeks, and that was exactly what it did. I was offered a prompt appointment which I accepted. Two engineers arrived on time got straight on with the job and within a few hours it was all completed. So far I am very happy with my 'new toy', certainly much better than my old, very heavy garage door. I would definitely recommend this company.

A company I recommend with confidence
I have no hesitation in recommending Garage Doors South West Ltd.
My initial enquiry about replacing the existing door was dealt with by Darren. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and recommended a sectional door as most suitable.
The door has just been fitted by Tom and Matthew. The installation was completed efficiently and I am very pleased.

Just had a two year service ...
Replaced our old fibreglass door with an insulated roller garage doors from Garage Doors South West over two years ago. Very pleased to say from installation to day to day running it's been faultless.
Just had a service check done without any issues.
Given my garage is integrated to the house, it's also made a huge difference to the thermal temperature both within the garage and my front room above it.
Great product and service - highly recommended.

Absolutely first class service
Absolutely first class service. Registered my issue on their on line service, received a call back within a couple of hours and they managed to get my broken garage fixed within a couple of hours.
Start to finish from me registering my issue to having it fixed could have been no more than 4HRS.
Brilliant service and really helpful staff.

I’m so pleased with my new garage door. I asked for an estimate and they phoned and made an appointment with me . Advised me on prices and time line. Kept me informed when they were to fit it. Clean and tidy work , so pleased with the results! Also talked me through all operating options.

Excellent service and company to work with
Our experience with Garage doors South West has been top notch. We are in the process of a self-build and trust me when I say that if all of our suppliers had worked like these guys, the process would be much smoother! From outset, the communication has been clear. The team were onsite on schedule and super efficient with the instal. The product is fantastic and we are so happy with the door (and fitting) that you have supplied. Garage door replacement…
We saw another garage door they had fitted and an entrance they had widened and were so impressed we got them to do ours. While they were doing it various neighbours asked for them to give a quote to have theirs done. They came on time on a day to suit us. They worked hard all day and cleared up everything afterwards. We cannot fault them and would recommend them to anyone.

Don’t look anywhere else.
Matt came to measure up and discuss the options for the replacement of the garage door. He was professional, easy to speak with and gave us really good advice.
We made a decision and then asked him to let us have renderings in different colours.
The team which installed the door, Fred and Ricky were excellent, careful and cleaned up everything.
I have no hesitation in recommending GDSW if you want to deal with a great business.
