On there website says next day delivery put in postcode said no next day please call.After calling she said 5/6 weeks delivery as I was going on holiday was happy with that and paid,three days later get a email saying 7/8 weeks phoned and complained she checked calling was definitely 5/6 salesperson said l.No offer of cancellation told me I can return it when it's delivered at my own cost.Unhappy but had no choice but to wait 8 weeks later still says its getting built when I phone again demanding a refund attitude after 8 weeks was fine we will refund you in 12 working days so in total waiting 3 months for nothing now have to wait on money back to purchase elsewhere.Worst company I've ever felt with never again if I could give a negative star rating would

I’m a business owner specialising in hard landscaping I’ve just spoken to Lou in customer services to try and get some more information and instructions on a £8000 building one of my clients ordered, they out right refused any assistance or information, we normally use Dunster house who are much much more helpful we spend over £100k plus on these building a year, we tried this company, terrible start, go elsewhere.

I've spent over £4,5k with this company and i'm so upset to still not have a finished log cabin.
Missing parts, poor-quality parts, damaged parts, loads of unnecessary extras, terrible instructions and a joke of a support team.
I have been waiting for 10 days for a reply to my complaint. Whenever I call the support team either don't answer or do then hang up.

The instructions are very vague. Doors and windows very basic looks like they are thrown together. The door frame is not square.The window space measures 58cm top and bottom and 57cm in the middle due to it being nailed there is no way to alter it. Small boards for front between window and door are different widths causing us to make a piece to fit in the gap. The wood was very warped and brittle. Not very Happy.

Great product, great service

I have more or less finished building my BillyOh 4000 greenhouse. My main criteria was size as u only had a small area so this greenhouse was the only 6 x 3 I could find. The price is cheap compared to others all though they would be 6x4. But the price was notable cheaper. For the price I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly surprised at the end result. Still have the odd cover straps to fit. Its solid with no movement. The timber used is soft wood as i would expect for the cost. I have seen other reviews complaining and twisted timbers. I did have a few twisted but buying timber anywhere and you will find the majority of timber is so no real issue. I had no issues with the glazing panels . Overall I'm very happy with the product for the price.
The build took me 2 long days and its handy if you have some knowledge of carpentry etc as i did have to put a bit of thought into the build.
But as I said very happy with the finished product.
Garden buildings direct have been excellent all through the order etc process and fully recommend them.

Reasonable price for the product, not so good on communication when giving notice of delivery and lead in time for the product. Driver was pleasant but you are not given time to go through the process of ensuring that the delivery contains all the items.

Not happy delivered 2 month late been put up by my builder as I'm disabled. Very poorly made holes and cracks in wood windows broken due to brittle very poor. I've messaged company heard nothing. Shed was a BillyOh workshop did not know it would need constant maintenance very week. Want my money back.

Not 9 ft long as advertised as pieces are shorter than needed to be that long. Works out at around 8ft 6inch so base had to be remade also 1 pack of the glazing was smashed on delivery due to poor packing and loading

Very happy with it. Good value for money. The only problem with it there was 3 roof slats missing. Fortunately the pallet it arrived on had slats of the same size so we managed to complete the construction with those

Avoid!
Placed an order and 2 months later no product has shipped.
No one will answer the phone, emails or call back request.
The sales person that took my order is no longer accepting emails, just get an out of office auto reply ( for nearly 2 months).
I paid by bank transfer at their request so don’t know if I’ll ever get my money back.
Shocking customer service.
Really not sure what to do next.

Missing one part, so not bad, but still missing a part. I dont need this part, however, as i personally decided to fit window framing myself and make the windows fully sealed.

This is my second greenhouse from GBD so I know what to expect. Ordering is very easy. I decided to go for pressure treated timber this time. I was pleased with how the first greenhouse turned out and think the product is good value for money. My husband assembled it and didn't seem to have any issues. It's not water proof but I'm fine with that.

Delivery took much longer than expected. Two broken parts and still haven't received a response to replace them.

I’ve been looking at sheds for a couple of weeks on a few sites as we needed a large 12ft x 10ft shed and to avoid planning permission a pent shed became the best way forward compared to a reverse apex which was too high for this size.
Extra bonus today when I saw the discount and buying direct seems very easy. I’ve looked at all the pdfs and videos provided which will be extremely helpful once the shed is delivered.

Delivery was good, sooner than expected. However we had severe issues building due to quality. For example, tongue & groove not together properly creating gaps, trim beading warped, doors warped. Floor was not correct size, nails hanging out from what was already put together. Plastic windows incorrect size so all 6 needed to be cut to size. Overall poor quality made it really difficult to build

Customer service was good . Ionly have one issue which is the trims around the windows would be better if they were like the doors with wood trim all around. But there's none for top and bottom.
