Customer service was good . Ionly have one issue which is the trims around the windows would be better if they were like the doors with wood trim all around. But there's none for top and bottom.

Bought playhouse for my granddaughter for her birthday . Delivered to wrong address, on 18th May , had to get them to collect and re deliver to correct address . When it arrived at correct address there was no instructions and there were 9 items missing . After numerous emails and telephone conversations they agreed to send out missing parts which were delivered 17th June . They sent 3 items out of 9 missing . How can any company get it wrong twice . It’s a pick list basic process . They still haven’t delivered the missing parts and I have no idea if or when we will get these . I have rang asked to speak to manager who is never available, I have logged complaints and escaped to senior person . Still no joy , no one has ever rang me back . This is the worst company I have ever come across . Their customer service is appalling . It has caused me so much stress and my granddaughter still hasn’t got her birthday present from me . It’s sat in a pile in garden as can’t be built as we have guide rails missing so isn’t safe . and they just don’t care . I have spent so much of my time chasing this that I am now at point to take this company to small claims court for compensation.

There reply to my review are just words with no accountability . The saga is still on going and they still can’t give me a date on when they will be able to get the missing parts to me even though they have prioritised my case . Really have no words for how shocking this company is .

Do not use. Communication with these people is ridiculous. My order is over a month late. I ordered an 8x6 shed on 29th April. Its the 16th July now and I still haven't recieved it. You'll get fobbed off with talk of waiting on parts, it'll be ready next week. Don't believe a word of it. My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday at 4.30. Its now 3 the next day and its stuck in UPNs - the pallet couriers they use, also useless, warehouse. Can't review the shed obviously, but I can the company. Do not use. One star i too many.

Was kept updated on progress which was good.
Unfortunately delivery date was not advised. Luckily I was just leaving as the delivery driver arrived.
Driver was lovely, took shed round the back for me.
8 wooden panels have medium to large holes in them. Parts missing.
So disappointed.

Frankly the best I can say IS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANISAION.
Their website is incorrect, the products that they show apparently do not exist. ie as of todays date the website still shows measurements of a summerhouse that are clearly incorrect. After several weeks of arguing with customer service and trying to get the correct parts delivered, I learnt that they no longer manuafacture the orientation that I ordered. I was advised to dismantle the shell that we had already built and that a collection would be arranged and my money returned. Is that happenind, of course not. It seems that noone in the organisation has the ability to arrange this. If you want to keep low blood pressure, steer clear of Garden Buildings Direct

I only give honest feedback. This was my first dealings with Garden Buildings Direct, the process went smooth, I ordered a playhouse for our great granddaughter then realised that she would soon outgrow it so I phoned up & asked for the bigger one instead, the lady I spoke with was so polite & helpful & changed it straight away, the whole procedure was so easy. The only negative thing is it cost so much to send to the Highlands. Otherwise first class service.

Had a small problem on the website, called the office all sorted and my log cabin should be here in a few weeks, thanks

Delivery was good,extremely helpful driver.
No detailed check sheet (I had to phone to ask for one)
Not good having instructions on line
Roof comes in short lengths which makes it a roof of two parts when erected,it would be far simpler to have long lengths so there wouldn’t be a join in the middle.
I employed competent carpenters (whom have worked for me before)to erect it and it has taken 2 days purely because of lack of check sheet and online instructions which really should be delivered with the building.
This is not a cheap DIY store building it is an investment and on the whole I am extremely disappointed.
Would I recommend buying from this company absolutely not.

This company is a fraud and a scam! I ordered a shed back in May on the 14th, I received a few messages to say that it’s all on time for a 4 to 6 week delivery. Then when I asked for an update at 6 weeks, then all the excuses started. Trying to cancel an order is impossible. You can try on their portal, but it never gets confirmed, and you continue to get generic replies saying it’s in process, despite my cancelling it several times. Most messages are A1 generated, they NEVER answer the phones, leaving you without a refund. So, I will be contacting my bank to recover my money, then the small claims court, to recover interest lost and the stress which this has caused. Never ever use this company, they are not fit for purpose, there is an actual Facebook page solely dedicated to the fraud and disgraceful products sent out, if you do ever receive your order. No one deals with your queries or acts on your requests.
Trading standards will also be contacted.
You should be ashamed of yourselves.

No communication as regards delivery we made contact to ask if there was a delivery day only to told that it was going to be delivered in two days time I arranged delivery for the following week as we were on holiday which was a total waste of time it was delivered and left on the footpath outside of our property and we didn’t get home until 5 days after it had been left.
Quality…..you get what you pay for but even so not good

On day 8 now . Refunds shoukd take couple days max.

The ordering process was easy and the price competitive. The cycle shed was erected by two of our handymen in 3 hours. Good quality product for the correct price.

The whole process went very well, until delivery! . The driver was insistent that it was a "curbside delivery" only.
All the parts were neatly packed and marked, but clearly needed a fork lift to unload the packs. As with most pensioners I didn't own a forklift in my garage, so he started to unwrap everything and began handing it to me to unload it one piece at a time. The result was I was left with a just a pile of unmarked wood which was impossible to sort without help. The builder I had engaged took one look at it the next day and said he wanted a further £500 just to sort it out as it would take much longer that the 6-8 hours quoted. After weeks of trying to find someone to help me I eventually found a young joiner. It is half done now, just the doors windows and roof which should be done this week. My life would have been so much less stressful if Id been asked about a forklift at the point of ordering.It wont be finished as planned for my 75th on Saturday but a lesson learnt.

Shocking quality of the Billyoh Summerhouse. Warped boards, missing parts, wrong sizes, below industry standards for construction of a summerhouse, check standards on Google. I have now come to fit the glazing packs and not one glazing panel fits.
Their customer service is disgusting at best.
I've had to spend £300 plus just to make this summerhouse safe and secure and up to standard.
Steer well away from this shabby company!!

Avoid at all cost the company is awful there customer services is rubbish I waited on hold to talk to joanne for over a hour to discuss my shed and didn’t not even get a phone call back I tried several times to get through only to be fobbed off the shed is awful and had to buy more wood to piece it together. I’ve never seen so many parts for a 10 by 8 feet shed do not use this company
