Light arrived broken and power pack does not work shocking company no response to emails

Pots arrived without handles ; have had them before with handles as in photos .Waste of my time Bad customer service

No refund for returned items.
No answer to emails.
No answer to online messages.
No answer to telephone calls.

Item was returned to them with a letter requesting refund. tracked shipping, with photographic proof of delivery.
No contact, no refund. Thieves.

Poor customer service on one answer the phone. No confirmation details about the order.

Bought the Elite Full Spectrum Compact LED – 320W and it broke down after a months use, try to contact them numerous times and they have ignored me, their phone number doesn't work either.

The ballast I got with it isn't the one in the ad, so presumably this is the issue.

Purchased directly from Gardeners corner, a huge item and have been a customer for years with no problems. However, they were taken over, and do not want to honour their mistakes and have a secretary service with a London number now instead of Grimsby.
They put the wrong kit with my order, not fit for purpose. They said it was my fault as i had not checked the order, i now have a extra extra large tank without the dripper system, and they will not replace the dripper system, it costs £37 for the dripper system from their supplier, i even offered to pay for it, but still being fobbed off.
Nutrisystems went into administration in November 2022 which is why i suspect gardeners corner are fobbing me off, however, their supplier can supply the same kit. Avoid gardeners corner, their customer service stinks even when you have spent thousands with them for years.

Bought a 1.2 metre tent from these guys via amazon I've set many tents up in my time but this is by far the worst qaulity tears at corners on installation and the light comes seeping through when tent is full zipped badly made bad qaulity

Only 4 stars this time because one of the 3lt pots arrived with no holes in it .so I've ended up with a lumpy pot no prob I'll find a use for it .normally excellent service from Gardeners Corner
