Great products, great quality at a great price!

Ordered an over the mantel mirror. It was delivered within the 2 hour time slot advised. The mirror was well packaged and looks great! I would not hesitate to use Maison du Monde yet again.

Extremely disappointed at the customer service. First chat is not working then took 2 days to reach them by phone and then only through the English number. When finally spoke to someone they ask me for a reference number for the item I am calling about when there is none on the confirmation email. She then tells me nothing they can do at the moment I have to call back after 72 hours!! No help at all when I asked for a direct number as couldn’t get through for two days. I am appalled at the lack of any care for their customers. I spent over €1000 euros

Never got my chairs although I played for it one month ago . Scam ! They haven’t replied my emails either.

You are disrespectful to your Canarian customers. We can't get the full range of your products. And we can't even order online.

First of all, I love the tableware with this palm tree, and I'm extremely satisfied with the shipping and delivery, which I'd gladly give 5 stars for. Unfortunately, two bowls were missing from the shipment, which are now only available for pickup. Customer service immediately refunded my money, which I appreciate. However, I'm a little disappointed, as I've been looking for this exact tableware for so long, and I really wanted these matching bowls.

Seemingly absolutely zero customer service. I have been waiting for an order 2 weeks longer than the estimated delivery period. I have attempted to call them, but you remain on hold for an eternity and still no one answers. I have contacted them via social media (Facebook and Instagram) and no one responds. I have emailed them, and still no response. Complete lack of care. At this point I am still waiting for a response. Shocking. Don't waste your time. Maisons du Monde like to portray themselves as a premium brand.....sadly they are not.

We ordered 2 chairs that came faulty - We were offered €30 !!! In compensation to keep them, absolute joke. Now they wont accept them back without original packaging. Avoid buying anything online - they will not rectify and faults and you will not get a refund. We will never use them ever again

The shelves were beautiful, no doubt about it. But no instructions or whatsoever or some screws to hang them - which is the most common practice when you buy shelves or similar online.

Honestly worst experience EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered a stunning boucle sofa and only the BASE OF THE SOFA ARRIVED. No back of the sofa not even the legs came. Its the biggest joke of a company ever. They do not even have a contact email and have no solution. Im working on a chargeback from my bank as we speak.
