I absolutely love maisons de monde because it always has such unique, modern things. Everything is so simple but elegant. The pouffe that I bought came quickly and is amazing in its design! I’ve never seen anything like it and now all my mates want one too.

Product arrived damaged
Great website, easy to order, delivery was quick and arrived when it said it would. However product arrived damaged. I have contacted customer service twice and 1 week later i am still awaiting a response. Disappointing as the stand looks great and i can't wait to get it functional!

Poor Choice of logistics partner !
First scheduled delivery didn’t arrive on nominated day, text was received from logistics partner 5mins after the end of the time slot stating ‘unsuccessful delivery when no attempt had been made.
On calling the logistics partner I was informed that the goods were not on the nominated van and had been reloaded onto
a second van and that they would be delivered by 8pm that day - no delivery
arrived !
Second scheduled delivery goods arrived one hour and 40mins later than the time slot, the goods were opened two days later to build and they were damaged !

Lamp shade arrived damaged in several…
Lamp shade arrived damaged in several places. Tried to process a return on my account but when I clicked submit, it brought me to a page which said "this page no longer exists". Emailed customer service instead (7 days ago) and still haven't received a response!

Impossible to cancel nor return!!! Do not buy from them
Emailed and sent message via website to cancel, no response. Then I received the order a week later. I have then been trying for the past week calling them to request return. Every time I wait for about 30 minutes to speak to someone. Then the agent always promised to send email confirmation of cancellation and said I will be contacted by courier - however this then never happens. I’m on the phone for the 4th time as I write this review, waiting for 20 minutes now. Clearly this is a scam and their trick to never let you return or cancel any order?
