I will never ever use this company…

I will never ever use this company again, apsolutely appalling service. They took the money twice( after saying the first transaction had failed...it hadnt) and then despite an hour on the phone with customer services and several e mails, they just did nothing; no acknowledgement of any of the emails nothing, it was for £ 600. The only reason I had the money returned was through using paypal, avoid this company!!!!!

So poor

Shocking service. Ordered items a month ago for Christmas and still hasn't arrived. No communication , impossible to reach customer service. Will never buy there again and will ask for a refund on current order.

I ordered a rug for a xmas present and…

I ordered a rug for a xmas present and advised it would arrive between 12th and 15th December.As it didnt i rang and was told they couldnt find it and i would have to call back the next day.Having called back i have now been told it will not be delivered until 11th January!!!!
The customer service is as bad as i have come across,difficult to get hold of and under the circumstances i would have expected them to call me back not be told that i had to call them back.

Maison du Monde are excellent

Maison du Monde are excellent, delivery was super quick. We love the leather magazine table we bought. Honestly we were unsure at first just because the smell of the leather was horrendous, but after a few weeks the smell is wearing off, either that or we've gotten used to it!! (We think it might have been the glue used on it) but it is a lovely table and will look even better as it ages.

We were more than happy with our product and was very impressed with the delivery. It was delivered much sooner than expected. Very professional. Would have no problems ordering from them again. Looking at their website they have a vast selection of furniture and home decorations, it is refreshing to see so much choice that is a bit different. Thank you.

Dispatch and delivery was really quick. Products were well packed and arrived in good condition. Good value for money. Follow-up offer of free item after leaving a product review was a nice surprise.

Product is lovely however quality is…

Product is lovely however quality is not quite as high as the price. Delivery timescale not confirmed until after payment and was rather long (3wks), although order arrived faster that fortunately (1wk). This was a small Christmas ornament so can't make a full judgment based on this. Will try again for an item of furniture i like the look of.

The item I received wasn’t right

The item I received wasn’t right, so I have been trying for 3 weeks to to get them to sort this with no luck.it’s almost impossible to contact them and all u get back from an email is an automated email it nothing happens.
Terrible customer services.

I received two separate parcels

I received two separate parcels, both arrived in advance of the date advised and the service was excellent. The clock was very well packed but the lights were inadequately packaged and moving around in the box. Birth items were of excellent quality and were exactly as described.

Product was better than described and had brackets fixed to the back, which was an unexpected surprise.

Delivery was slow in comparison to other online retailers. But my expectations were set at the beginning and they delivered before, about 2 weeks.
