I would have given 5 stars as I absolutely loved Maison du Monde, but on this occasion I was disappointed. The packages were so wet that the damp had worked it’s way through the bubble wrap. Six of the Christmas baubles were in a bag not a box. All of this was disappointing but I still love their products
I love the elephant ornament I bought online! It’s a good job there isn’t a Maisonette du Monte store near me, or I would spend a fortune there!

I had the wrong blanket delivered and when I complained I never heard anything back from the company. It was delivered (took 7 days) too early to Christmas for me to return it too. Very disappointing. Will not be using this company again.

I ordered the 60cm Diameter round black mirror.
To my delight it has turned out to be better than expected in terms of quality with a really nice finishing. I have not yet put it up but it looks so good even in the packaging...no doubt it will look stunning on the wall.
I was actually very weary and concerned about how a mirror would reach me in one piece through postal delivery. However, it was packaged very very well. So if that is your concern, worry not. You will get all your items well packaged.

although my purchases arrived very quickly and I like the products very much, one plate was damaged in arrival and therefore I contacted you to arrange replacement. You said I would hear back within five days but I have not. It is now too late to get replacement for Christmas and this was a gift. I am unhappy that no one has been in touch with me.
If I could leave no stars I would! Appalling customer service, took 6 weeks to sort and ended up getting my money back via pal pal. Maison du Monde never responded to emails, I sent at least 4. Please please avoid!!!!!!
