Items Delayed for almost two months. When I called and checked on items, they kept me on hold for long periods. Each time I was told it would arrive in the next couple of days, but took several more weeks to arrive. By the time the item arrive it was past when I needed them, making the purchase useless till next year.

great coverage of products on line. Easy to use. Had some questions so called the company and found they were very professional, new their products well and courteous.

I bought finger snips from this site to use at my job, since sometimes I have trouble gripping and opening things. They arrived quickly and I didn't have any complaints about the state of the packaging, either. They're simple to operate and VERY sharp, so quality product. I would definitely purchase from here again.

I received the heavy package and was pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the wood. The smell of the cedar was refreshing. It was easy to assemble but heavy to relocate to its final spot. The height of the box will be easy to plant and harvest vegetables

Quality of items are great but the lag time to get them is very, very long without updates regarding status. Meanwhile, I was able to get most of the items via other vendors so I got a bonus when these items finally arrived.

Ordered chicken wire cloche. They look great, and I am confident they will frustrate the ground squirrels next spring when I replant the plants they feasted on this year.
I will be ordering more before spring arrives.

Package was fine when received. It was a hose so will have to wait until spring to see how it works.

The product was on back order and the expected shipping date changed three times. However, the products arrived undamaged just a couple days after being notified it was being shipped.

We are still waiting on a leaf blower to be delivered. The original ship date was 10/2/2020. I had to call the company on 10/10/2020 to had them investigate the delivery. I received an email last week saying that the ship date would be 10/29/2020.
It was very disappointing that I was not communicated with about this earlier.

I bought many things in the past 3 years. All items have been “best in class”! There was one problem with one product which was resolved promptly and completely!

The large plant markers are just what I wanted. I also purchased the marker that was recommended, but I think the nib is too wide. The ink expanded on the metal and the letters ran together. I think it should have been a fine nib pen.

Always a pleasure to shop with Gardener's. It is my go-to for all of my soil needs for my houseplants. great stuff, my plants have never looked this good! And cannot forget the specialty soils like African Violet & Cactus..top notch products all around.

I Received a shipment of three planters the watering tube was missing from the third. Other than that I am pleased as PUNCH! MJK

Ordered 2 raised garden beds, 2x8, in grey. Product took about three weeks to arrive, not a problem, and communication about the order was good. Easy to assemble but one step was not clear and had to reassemble (the 8' support brace doesn't show which way is up and not clear to us at all). Some chips on the side of the boards and the inset boards are really chewed up. Should include some dividers. The color wasn't really grey either. All in all, satisfied and would recommend.
