Ordered self watering reservoirs. Not as sturdy as i anticipated. Returned it at buyers expense. Which cost me an additional $37.00. It would be great if you could get a contracted standard rate for returns. At this point I won’t place another order unless I’m sure I’ll keep the product. Heart breaking since I love your stuff.

Since I have discovered the Gardeners Supply website this year, I have been pleased with the products I have ordered and the variety of products that are available. Thanks for all your help.

I still have not received my order! I am wondering what the heck happened?

Products are good but shipping rates are high. Many companies don’t charge at all for shipping.

Ordering is always easy - no hassle for me. Every product I have received has been of the quality described and expected. My Go To for gardening supplies...

Bulb issue
Communication on shipping was good and both items looked good out of packaging. The waxed bulb is showing green. The plain bulb is still brown and I think it's a dud. I planted it at the same time I planted a bulb bought locally and that bulb is also showing green.

Your customer service personnel are good, knowledgeable & friendly but your invoices and accounting procedures are difficult to understand and you don't keep customers in the loop when things are back ordered. Very disappointed. I have enjoyed the products that I've ordered though.

Love Gardener's Supply Company! I just received my VegTrug's for my garden next year. So excited.

It was extremely easy to use your website to order my item. I would have given you a 5 star rating if it was delivered when told because it was on back order. I wasn't going to use them until next year so it didn't really matter if it was late.

My purchase was backordered. This has happened before when ordering a product that I intended as a gift. I should have read the acknowledgement of my order more closely, rather than assume that all was set and the package would be right along. My order has now been received and will be given for Christmas.

Decided to get some recycled rubber walkway for a particularly muddy section of my yard, was very pleased with the way they were rolled and wrapped for delivery, making it very easy to put them in place. They are exactly what I wanted for that area, and the drainage is no longer damaging plants on the edges of that area.

Please inform me when there is going to be a delay in shipping an item I ordered. This item was due to be shipped on October 11, and I just received it on November 4.

Tabletop SunLite® Garden on back order for two months. Would be nice to have online products available when advertising.

Although there were some delays & an error in the order, customer representative Peter took the time & effort to make sure all was correct in the end
