Ordered for the first time from here, some Nemaslug. The website was easy to use, prices great and free delivery on nematodes. I was told when my order had been dispatched and it was delivered via Royal Mail the next morning, well packaged and no damage. Very impressed and have just placed another order. Thank you, highly recommended.

Honestly cannot fault this company. They answer your emails, suggested a phone call to sort something out and came up with a solution. Delivery prompt and , IMO not expensive ,compared to many gardening websites these days.
We find the square aluminium hoops, netting and veggie mesh are all doing well into their second year .

Products fine but expensive, Slow delivery.
In a day and age when more and ore retailers are offering free and fast delivery I find £4.99 delivery on a £20 basket excessive especially when that delivery is still very slow.

Especially pleased that a problem with netting was sorted and a replacement sent the very next day . Very pleased with product and would definitely recommend this company.

Bought some netting, fleece and build-your-own cages for my four raised beds. Good quality, substantial packaging and quick delivery. I'm particularly pleased with their butterfly netting, which I will order more of as the quality is superb.

I asked for advice and got it. Very good customer service. If there is a criticism it is that they use plastic netting which will degrade to harm the environment.

Otherwise a good range of things such as fruit cages, vegeteble cages etc.

Used them a few times some times for garden stuff like nets the packaging is a bit knoced about but over all its all right.

Have made several purchases now. Not the quickest, the last had damaged packaging which meant some of the pegs for the netting were lost in transit.

Will use again like what they sell.

I purchased two vegetable cages during the lockdown and the delivery is speedy. When I installed them the joints were difficult to push into the poles and I snapped one. I emailed Gardening Naturally and no questions asked they posted the replacement in 1st class post. While loading the beds with soil the cage frame got damaged and so I needed to purchase some replacement joints and one pole, I placed the order on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning they arrived, now that is what I call service. No matter the issue Gardening Naturally are there with a quick response time. I would highly recommend this supplier.

Really pleased with my netting and cloches. Good quality service and prompt delivery. Would definitely recommend them and use again.

I ordered nematodes to treat vine weevil. They arrived with a catalogue of other products available. I e-mailed the company to see if they supplied strawberry mats as they were not included in the catalogue. They replied immediately with the product code. While placing my order I looked for something to keep birds and wasps off tree fruit. I found and ordered 2 Fruit Tree Sleeves. These arrived within a few days. They are perfect for protecting all kinds of tree fruit, including apples. They have also stopped our dog picking and eating the low hanging apples.

I buy a lot of gardening products online and this is one of the best companies I came across when it comes to customer services! Many other companies just don't reply to e-mails and don't pick up their phones once they took your money. But GN replies very quickly and resolves any issues efficiently. A pleasure to deal with! Their prices are also very reasonable and extremely competitive.

Well. They sent me the wrong link to complain and so now have sent me another and that doesn’t work either. You are avin a larf mate!!

Ordered a job lot of "Ant Nematodes 50 Nests" to see if they could finally rid us of those pesky ants that have multiplied over the years. Order process and dispatched as promised. Ants have disappeared. Thanks!

I bought a premium fruit cage with a door 4m x 4m. I was slightly annoyed I was asked to review the cage 2 days before it left the company. When it arrived I took a days holiday and went to the allotment to build it. Good part the tubing seems good and the corners are substantial. Bad part, there were missing parts which caused me to have to pack up and go home. They sent the missing bits from the enclosed list. Second holiday, Got the frame up but all the corner brackets were missing for the door. Pack up and go home. Holiday day 3. Door completed and the catch is an upturned hinge which I have held in place with Duck tape. Put the netting round and its short , runs out half way across the door. By chance I had some left over from a Harrods cage which I was able to stitch in. Roof is a good size no problems. It seems to me if you want a simple build pay the extra and go somewhere else. Or take your chance pay less but expect disappointment.
