DISGRACEFUL waited 7 weeks to get a reply to an email of complaint to say the TWIG I received which was SUPPOSED to resemble an APPLE TREE was disgusting and is now DEAD. They say it's guaranteed 12 months meaning, no doubt, that I have to wait 12 months to get my £20 refunded. The twig shows NO SIGN OF LIFE AT ALL all leaves have now dropped off completely and I cannot see a single bud.

I have shown them photo's, which there was NO COMMENT. Never again will I touch this company, after sales is just a non existent JOKE I wish I could show the pictures here you would enjoy the humour but rest assured I won't. Be WARNED you can't even RETURN your goods as they are in HOLLAND I wish I realised that, Dutch plants and flowers are usually wonderful but this purchase is ridiculous.

After reading some negative reviews, I was wary to order from them. However, all of my order arrived in perfect condition. Everything was packaged extremely well and great care was taken to ensure my plants arrived safely. As expected the plants were thirsty when arrived but were fine after giving water and cutting back a few dead leaves. They included a personalized care sheet for each item I bought as well, which was really helpful! I think many of the negative reviews didn’t read descriptions of the items they bought properly. For example I ordered plants for hanging baskets and I knew they would be young plants, however I think many expect plants in full bloom to arrival, even though this isn’t what is advertised. I would definitely order again from them! I also ordered an orchid which was perfect and some larger plants which were all in perfect condition

Plants arrived damaged, not surprised as they had been squashed into the boxes. One of the plastic bags around the pot was split, meaning most of the soil had fallen out. The rose bushes were not in flower, as expected. Really really disappointing, especially as one should have been a gift.

Very poor quality. Will never buy again nor will I be putting them in my garden.

Ordered several plants. On arrival one set was dead/ rotten, another bunch were twigs and the third died days after planting. I contacted them via their “contact us” page on their website and received no reply. So I found their other email and got a reply requesting photos. Did what they asked and they sent a partial refund. A partial refund for dead plants? What can I do with dead plants? They say the plants are guaranteed? It’s a joke!! You’d get better quality and customer service at Aldi.

I've placed an order with them, waited for two weeks, but no plants arrived. Their website stated that they've redesigned the website, and that all previous passwords will be lost. As I couldn't log into my account page with them, I emailed them with my order details, but had NO RESPONSE! Their online form takes you to the COMPLETELY SCAM WEBSITE that states that entering personal details could be stolen by this website. The page it takes you once you press "submit" button to the vice.gardens4you extension website!
Total Scam!

Plants arrived this morning, I nearly gave up hope. I’m pleased to say they were worth waiting for, healthy plants and a tree very well packed. They arrived in perfect condition unlike some of the dismal specimens I’ve had lately from EBay.

Terrible supplier

Ordered a variety of plants which were destroyed during the delivery process. Contacted customer services and was asked to provide a picture. Did so, and then nothing.

Will shortly be having to get my credit card company involved to resolve

Quick delivery and both times plants received were excellent. I have no qualms ordering from this company and I would say they were in better condition than local garden centres

Ordered a Variety of spider plants a few days ago. Read reviews after, and was left a bit worried. But pleased to say plants arrived very quickly, well packaged and as expected after the journey. Were a bit parched from journey and one appears a bit squished, but all are doing well a few hours after being unpacked and watered. Would order again from this company.

Plants arrived on time ... 10 plants ordered one was poor but all the others ok.. good instructions on how to plant and care for

Have ordered a few times, and so far happy with what I have got. Some came a bit small, but seem to be growing well. Nothing bad to say about the delivery. Will continue to use them

I tried to order a plant online but when I pressed pay it said there was a error. Naturally I assumed the order had not gone through. Subsequently a plant turned up and when checking my bank balance the money had been taken out. By this time I no longer required the plant. On contacting them requesting a refund their response was for me, at my expense, to repackage it and send it back to the Netherlands. When I emailed them back saying this was not acceptable, no reply.

Ordered from them twice now and have to say what a brilliant company! My order arrives quickly and well-packaged. The quality of the plants is high too - would definitely recommend!

I ordered three plants from this company. The Elephant Ear did not stand a chance when it arrived, the rooting system was underdeveloped and it would not take to any compost when I repotted it- I watched it wither slowly despite trying everything to keep it alive. Bad quality. Unless your ordering succulents, I wouldnt bother.

I just received my order from you and I'm truly DEVASTATED!! What I received was NOT advertised on your website .For instance one of the wisterias I received was completely yellow and dead . .The majority of the plants had WEEDS and MOSS surrounding .I did not expect a big flowering plant but ..not one green bud or flower on any of the plants. How can you advertise those pictures on your website.With the plants, you receive information about how to care for your plants which looks to me like copied and pasted from Wikipedia ??Its disgraceful. I've noticed you have put all your good reviews and your FOUR star ratings on your website, which quiet frankly is dishonest and horrible.It's really, really unfair and upsetting !! I am writing to consider a refund or how are you going to rectify this ?? You advertise you have a Twitter, Instagram Facebook etc. you don't?? I've emailed you THREE times NO response and NO apolgie.You claim that you are too busy and just gave me a ticket number ???I didn't want to write a review but this seems the only place you respond to customers.It just goes to show how CRUEL people can be.Based on your responses to customer reviews just says it all really ...very unprofessional.I advice any potential customers please, please read these reviews ,there is a common issue.

Oh my God, just recieved my order. I am so disappointed with the plants tiny and poor value for my money I would have got the same plants only more established and better value in lidi or aldi. Would never use again. Lesson learnt.

I have just received my order, it was what I expected, good delivery time, plants are small but I am sure they will do well. I would definitely use this company again. Only thing I could suggest would be for this company to publish a picture on what customers are expected to receive, as people by their eyes and I'm sure some people think they're going to get a fully grown plant etc. thank you :)

Plants arrived on time but are very small and not worth anything like what you can get from a garden centre. Tiny bag of feed also to go with them. Was sent as a gift as unable to shop locally due to Covid. Really disappointed.

Based on the other reviews it appears pointless to complain.
