As other reviews have said ... plants are NOT good quality, 3 damaged and 1 missing ! I ordered as it said you could get Refund no problem.
You think you can ring but you can’t , got a generic email in response saying they will be in touch but after now seeing these reviews I do not Hold out much hope.
I am going to pursue this with PayPal and the bank .

Receiving plants from this company you feel like a victim of fraud. They send you very small dead plants. After complaining they stated they should revive within a year if not you can have your money back. They also stated they send them out dry with no water so it they dont get fungus! All the plants are in undersized pots with half the roots missing to save on delivery weight.Ill keep fighting for the money back but they have any excuse for everything and it seems unlikely they will ever give a refund.You need to avoid this company at all cost!!!!

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDER 6 CLIMBERS, RECEIVED 4 AND ONE PACK OF TUBERS MISSING. THEY SAID THEY WERE NOW OUT OF STOCK WHEN FOR UP TO A WEEK I COULD STILL GO ONLINE AND ORDER THEM (OBVIOUSLY COULDNT BE BOTHERED TO SEND THEM WHEN NO MAKING MONEY) BUT I COULD RE ORDER AND PAY POSTAGE AGAIN. THEY IGNORED MY REQUEST AND JUST REFUNDED £11 THROUGH PAYPAL. I SAID IF THEY COULDNT DELIVER ALL THE CLIMBERS WHICH WERE TO GO ON ONE FENCE LINE, THEY COULD COLLECT AND REFUND ALL. AGAIN IGNORED AND THEN WHEN I OPENED A DISPUTE THEY ASKED ME TO RETURN SAID PLANTS TO THE NETHERLANDS AT MY EXPENSE!! PLANTS WERE NOT EVEN WORTH WAITING FOR AS NOT IN PARTICULARLY GOOD CONDITION.

I recently ordered 15 grape vines, which arrived quickly & in perfect order bar one, which was promptly replaced by a much larger, healthier specimen, free of charge.

Customer services were really professional and easy to deal with and I will definitely be ordering from them again. The plants are all established and healthy, brilliantly packaged and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Plants arrived in dreadful condition 2 days ago. Sent photo yesterday. Still awaiting response.

Absolutely awful. Disappointed to find reviews after ordering and there was no way to cancel. I paid £50 for plants that are probably not worth £2. One tree that was £30 has no branches. Absolutely cowboys stay well clear.

What don’t they understand they had the cheek to ask how my plants are when they are missing after many emails and wasting my time they decided to give my refund Will never use them again

Strong healthy plants delivered exactly on time and in good condition.

I would certainly recommend friends to look at this company when buying plants.

What can I say... the plants came in amazing condition.
I was expecting some half dead plants to be honest after reading the other reviews.
I was so surprised with the great condition they were in.
they looked as if they were just dug up from the ground.
so over the moon with the products.

Appalling. Plants were dispatched quickly but just thrown in a box with no care and attention. Pots are far too small for their plant and terrible quality so they split in transit with soil absolutely everywhere. I ordered 6 plants and every one of them needs repotting and they are all in a very sad and sorry state (and much smaller than described). One had soaking wet soil and the rest hadn’t been watered in weeks. I’m sure they’ll eventually be fine but it’s going to take a lot of work. Very disappointed!

Wish I would have read the reviews here first. I’ve wasted £50 and will be surprised if my plants last a week. All were damaged or just not very healthy. I have to give them credit for the communication and delivery. However the plants are the ones you would buy at B&Q if they were dropped after they had already been reduced in price and the manager just wanted to pretty much give them away as they are so rubbish. Not worth the price I paid.
After speaking to customer services I have to change my star rating. The customer service team have been very supportive of my issue. They have been swift and have delivered a solution for my issue with no problems. They have been very friendly and very supportive.

If I could have given them less I would have done. They sent the plants quickly but they are nothing like the photograph and about 5cm smaller than they said they would be. Although they say they give refunds they dont tell you how you can obtain one. I am going to complain on their FB page as well but avoid them at all cost. I've just noted that someone else has had a similar complaint to me posted 4 hrs ago

Don't use this company. I used them and they do deliver plants quickly but the quality is appalling. I received 7 plants, several were just a cut stork with black leaves. None were healthy or commanded the £34.70 that I paid for them.

Just an update on our experience with Gardens4you. We have submitted a complaint with a photograph of the plants, prior to submitting this online review. We are still awaiting a response to that complaint. Hopefully the plants will be replaced. We will keep you all posted as to what happens.

Excellent service and pricing, ordered 22 photinia hedging plants, all arrived in a perfect condition and some of them are even bigger to what it was described as, thank you very much, would use again

Excellent service from start to finish.order was dispatched within 24 hours of placing.and received 48 hours later .easy to track and plants arrived in top condition exactly as stated on web site.I would not hesitate to use this company again

I'm honestly not sure why there are so many bad reviews this did worry me a little as I noticed the reviews after I had placed my order. I did not receive my order confirmation at first, but after contacting them they got back to me within 20 minutes with my order confirmation and tracking number so I knew exactly where my plants were.
My plants arrived really quickly, brilliantly packaged, really secure. The plants are very healthy and none were damaged in transit. I would definitely use again!

I'm writing this to balance the negative views. I ordered 4 Honeysuckle plants. Delivery was excellent, with a 1 hour delivery slot. The plants arrived well packed, promptly and healthy, just what I had expected.

Very bad service! Ordered a lavender for my nan during the pandemic and will not be returning. Turned up neglected, 3 branches broken and a lot of Dried leaves, Customer service was suppose to help despite having a guarantee.. All they could suggest is water the plant and wait till the end of August to seeing the plant will pick up.of course it will pick up but have the plant is missing due to it being damaged when packed. Useless company!! Advise anyone go to your local garden centre, you will pay more but you will get a plant alive and looked after. Absolutely disgusting company.

First and last use of Gardens4you. Plants were in poor condition, broken up on arrival due to poor packaging with little protection, and delivery people delivered box upside down which didn't help. Plants jumbled up and bits broken off. Took ages and swveral chases to get response from customer service who didn't take any responsibility, and told me the plants would essentially be fine, they were the experts. I have had plants delivered before from other suppliers and i can assure them they did not arrive in such paltry condition.

I wouldn't dream of using them again.

The 2 plants that arrived were poorly packaged, damaged and in a poor state of health. I would be surprised if they survive the winter. One plant missing.

Customer service approach is to make everything as difficult as possible for the customer. I assume in the hope you give up and leave them alone.

Can only conclude their business model is to take money of you - know you will never order from them again - move on to the next unsuspecting customer!!
