Fantastic Warranty experience.
Joe and the team at Gear4music replace my 4 year old amp. It was an expensive purchase so I was concerned. Delighted with the level of service. When comparing prices sometimes the warranty is the last thing you factor in. After this experience any “Big Ticket” items will be going through these guys.

Paid, promise but can’t delivered
We ordered a piano at the end of July, supposedly for delivery the following week. No news whatsoever. After chasing Gear4music ourselves, we were told August 29th. That date passed...still nothing.
We chased them AGAIN and have now been told October 9th. No proactive communication, no compensation, no accountability.
Their only solutions? Cancel the order OR pay an extra €230 to have the same piano shipped from Sweden...while we live in Portugal and our original piano is currently at their facility in Spain. Seriously? And what about the completely unnecessary carbon footprint?
Delays happen. But leaving customers in the dark for weeks and then asking them to pay €230 extra to fix a problem they didn’t create is unacceptable.
Terrible customer service. I absolutely do not recommend !!!!!

Delivered on time (earlier than quoted actually), always easy to follow and use website for orders. Company keeps you well informed of anything that may affect your idea. The items ordered are ideal for our use as a pelmet covering our stage truss.

Has gone downhill
1. Allowed me to order items that were not in stock via a finance agreement delivery was two weeks regardless 2. Would not refund the difference so I have to amend the agreement risking failure and now purchase a significant portion of the order elsewhere also risking failure as I needed finance and wanted it specifically all done in one place 3. The amended agreement was for the wrong price 4. I was then promised “free next day delivery” (which is part of their advertised service anyway as means of apology. 5. By the evening of the next day still no dispatch notification arrived to which I was told it will go out at 9pm. 6. Later that evening I’m then told that there is another issue with my order and there will be a further delay.
I re ordered the rest of the missing items from Thomann which have already arrived.
Just a ver poor experienced with no attempt to appease me even despite requesting some money off as compensation for the hours of time wasted on this.
If you need things urgently I’d avoid this place as it has gone downhill in my experience.
No need to respond with the usual AI generated reply; I’m already in contact with Customer Service and have raised a formal complaint.
