Instruction were easy to understand, the charging process was smooth, I still have not tested the gego in my baggage while on the plane or in the airport, but until now they are working

I haven’t used my GEGO yet. However, in 9 days I will be flying to LA and going on a 8 day cruise. I definitely will be using my GEGO then.

Gabriel was very helpful and the response to my queries was quick.

Gone are the days of lost luggage. What a relief to know where your bag is if it is not coming out on the carousel.

Tell me you’re a modern-day Indiana Jones without telling me you’re a modern-day Indiana Jones. I once lost my luggage in the Bermuda Triangle of airport carousels, but thanks to GEGO Tracker, I now have a better chance of finding my suitcase than I do of finding my car keys at home. Been a happy customer for many years, and I must say that GEGO have excellent customer service, very quick to respond
The latest version GEGO pro (as did the earlier white GSM based model) works very well.
The only hiccup was the intermediate bulkier 4G GPS device - not so good.

Its a excellent service and very prompt to reply and guide you to find the luggage location on your request.

Gego customer service assisted me in moving 2 annual service contracts from existing older model Gegos to 2 new gego units.I purchased as well as applying two new service contracts. The representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The representative made my experience very pleasant.

i purchased the Luggage Pro. works great, especially the light feature. Send alerts as indicated. In my opinion the best luggage tracker on the market. Even send notification when arriving at an airport. i use it in my vehicles. Found it to be very useful and precise. Customer service is beyond helpful and understanding. Great company to deal with.

Since moving to Spain, we’ve not only used the GEGO PRO for our trips but also during the week in our cars and sometimes in our daughter’s backpack when she goes to scout camps. On the rare occasions we contacted support, the service was excellent and prompt—our issues were resolved in less than an hour.

This luggage tracker gave me incredible peace of mind! The alert when my bag was opened was a game-changer. It provided valuable evidence to hold the airline accountable!

Devices don't work.
And very expensive subscription plan For every unit you buy , you need to get a separate subscription plan (around 80 $ every year).
But they don't work in my case . Bought to with one subscription plan .but the device doesn't work

now in 2026 i get a reaction from the company. Very strange. I threw the devices away. Worthless

Dont buy these trackers, it is the worst product since the gps was invented. I did buy two and when you use them you can't be sure that they show you where your luggage is, so you end up more nervous about it than secure. One of them always shows the one suitcase way ahead of the other, even though its not true. Always the amount you have to spent each month even though you dont use them, is not realistic.
