Items are still good value for money
Items are still good value for money. The one thing that needs improvement is the choice to have the item delivered to a post office/other outlet as, on several occasions, the post office/shop/garage is closed(e.g. on Saturday afternoons or a Sunday), when you are find out that the item is on its way back to you without ever being notified was available to collect! This choice is suppose to be a greener option but why does the address not contain a valid postcode- only some sort of S2S code!? It also seems to happen more often when the package contains heavier items and some outlets have a package weight restriction. This option definitely needs to be investigated and improved going forward.

I have been trying to get a refund from…
I have been trying to get a refund from Gemporia for 2 weeks now regarding a Madagascar blue sapphire ring - I returned it and the attached label was not fully attached so they refused to refund the price I’d paid - plus a jewellers told me ring was overpriced! After speaking to 3 customer service staff they have offered me a credit note which I can’t use because I will no longer shop with them!! I find the customer service people unhelpful and rude! The presenters mislead viewers on products and in some cases lie! A lot of the jewelry is inferior Gemporia should be investigated for unprofessional practice - Am absolutely furious and will never shop either them or their sister channels again ! Susan Faragher

We understand how frustrating this must have been however, we would like to clarify that we’re unable to accept returns on jewellery where the grey security tag has been removed or tampered with, as this is part of our returns policy.
Regarding the valuation of your ring, we appreciate that you sought advice from a jeweller. However, it’s important to note that many high street jewellers are not qualified gemologists and may only provide valuations based on the metal content rather than the gemstone itself. As our jewellery features natural gemstones, accurate assessment requires specialist gemstone knowledge.

Good bracelet but too long
Good bracelet but too long, there is an extension for those with large wrists. Not everyone is obese. You could have saved at least 3 pearls and then those of larger size could use the silver extension. I had to adjust it which ruined the bracelet. Not EVERYONE is an elephant darling.

Ethical company with excellent customer service. It was unfortunate that my last purchase didn't reach my expectations. UV reactive volcanic carved dragon head showed no retro UV light, replacement sent but this also lacked any response. Disappointed so returned the replacement and canceled my order. Without prejudice.

When transferred to place my order by phone l was answered by a person that I couldn’t understand this person was foreign from a call centre I even handed the phone to my wife and she couldn’t understand her a total mess this is not the way gems treat there loyal customers .. Wish the shipping were a bit quicker
Wish the shipping were a bit quicker - but understand if you are trying to contain shipping costs. This order took 14 calendar days to reach me. In the past, I typically rcvd my orders in 10 calendar days.
The emerald, ruby, and white zircon stones in the earrings are nice. One of the kunzite stones is nice also, but the other stone is lacking a bit in clarity. But then again, it is kunzite. The size of each pair of earrings is as expected and am very glad I have LOX backs so I will not be worried about possibly losing them.
