One parcel has been lost and another (£400, fully insured) arrived damaged. I’ve been chasing this for nearly a month, sending all evidence requested, yet still no refund or resolution — just repeated “ongoing investigation” replies.
You are responsible for around £500 worth of my goods, yet show no urgency to resolve this. To make matters worse, your phone line doesn’t even work, making it impossible to speak to anyone.
Completely unacceptable for a company of this size

Well. Was i dealing with DPD or evri. The similarities are astounding. DPD are now employing van drivers to collect and deliver parcels, but they don,t even have to exit the van to do this. They just drive around advertising DPD ,DEPLORABLE PARCEL DELIVERIES, because they certainly don,t collect.And speaking with 'customer service' at DON,T PROVIDE DETAILS, DPD. Amost like a real life chatbot.

Our nightmare
I have been waiting for a package ordered during Black Friday for almost two months now (as of January 6, 2026). For the past month, DPD has been attempting to deliver it within my city, with four failed delivery attempts, each time claiming they cannot reach the DPD Paketshop. You can check the tracking details under 01475230101114Y, if still avalible.
Just before Black Friday, we had three packages returned to the sender in a row, without any delivery attempts - all to the same Paketstation. At first, we assumed this location was the problem, but it is clearly not now, since even Paketshop is "not reachable".
What makes this situation worse is that the issue now appears to be systemic. All Vinted cross-border shipments are routed through this provider, even when the option is explicitly disabled. How is it possible that such an unreliable shipping provider dominates the market?

The drivers are trained in misinformation and presumably nothing else.
Complaints are almost impossible to make - and it seems apparent that the company overloads the drivers with too many parcels which are not delivered but marked as “refused” or something similar even though no one as been near. Complain to the retailers and give them a one star review for using DPD. That might possibly catch someone’s attention

Impossible to contact anyone at DPD UK. I have filled out the damaged goods form 2 times and you never hear back. Not even a confirmation that the form has been received. Awful company. Doing my best to avoid from now on.
DPD forcing collection of paid delivery
DPD in the UK now has a strategy that if your parcel is at the end of the day they enter your app and make “a request” that makes it look like it comes from you, to be delivered to a collection point. In my case I have a temporary mobility problem and they did this 3 times to a collection point 20 miles away. They keep saying I requested this. My son has had exactly the same problem. Always at the end of the day. How are they going into my App to do this? DPD used to be good. Now a shambles.

Worst delivery service ever. My package has been stuck in transit for an unacceptably long time, with constant delays and excuses. The timeline shows repeated rescheduling without any proper explanation or resolution. Here's a summary of the frustrating experience:
The package was sent on December 23, 2024, and since then, it has been delayed almost every day.
It arrived in France on January 2, 2025, but instead of progressing smoothly, it has been endlessly rescheduled.
There were multiple failed delivery attempts on January 3, January 9, January 14, January 15, and January 16, 2025, with no clear reason provided for these failures.
Updates like "your parcel could not be delivered today" and "delivery rescheduled" were repeated over and over without any explanation or real effort to complete the delivery.
The delivery address was updated, but this didn’t improve the situation at all.
This lack of efficiency and communication is unacceptable. A delivery that should have taken a few days has now spanned nearly a month. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and timely delivery service. Please improve your processes and customer service!

The only word that sums up Geopost DPD Belgium is totally useless you cannot even get an address correct when the merchant who I purchased from have the correct address. You cannot even get the basics correct totally appalling and useless!

Couldn’t organise a drinking session in a brewery. Drivers are aweful. Full of lies can’t deliver item. Takes picture of wrong house. Customer service is pointless as they really do not understand what we are saying. Very frustrating and then the order get shipped
back to supplier. This is the problem when you have 3rd party drivers under contract and not their own drivers.
Incompetence at it's finest
One of your delivery drivers has failed to deliver 2 days in a row. I won't be surprised if he fails the 3rd time. Both times he hasn't even got out of his van, and takes a photo from the driver's seat. this has happened multiple times before this instance. this driver should be disciplined for this incompetence. every time I receive something from your company - it's a less than poor experience. get better staff. Contact centre is also a joke. I'd score 0/5 if I could.

The worst in Germany. Is always late and their courrier are always passing by without a delivery. They have an option without direct contact and ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS TO DELIVER AND LEAVE, but they dont even doing that!And none can reach them directly. They just want yo to wait! Nonesense!

The worst courier company in the UK, there is no telephone number for customer service, their drivers lie to say that they have been to deliver when they haven't, there is no way of reporting anything, no complaints department. No respect for the customer what so ever.

You have to yell multiple times ENGLISH to get help in English when the computer prompts you. Delivery is horrible. I was told they attempted to deliver my package to the original address and never did, when I called they switched it to a drop of center that no longer accepted dpd packages. Only found this out after I was given confirmation it was delivered and my girlfriend tried to pick up her Christmas gift almost a month after Christmas. She will try again tomorrow at the new drop of site. Horrible service, no communication. I will have gifts sent to me and just use usps from now on.
