Absolutely disgusting service by dpd uk (GEOPOST), literally the worst delivery company you can use, completely incompetent and has zero desire to help.
I ordered a parcel costing hundreds from portugal, everything was going fine until it reach the international gateway in the uk. What a joke, it was there for three weeks until I finally found a way to contact someone. I was then told it was sent without information so I had to contact the sender (despite the tracking number having all of my details that even I can pull up), the sender then contacted dpd portugal and dpd uk has done nothing but refuse to help despite them trying to sort this out.
Ive received numerous emails now from random people and no matter what you say they fob you off and most of the replies didn't even read what I had put in the email!
So my parcel is currently stuck in the international gateway at this moment, it might aswell be held hostage at this point they refuse to resolve it and show me time and time again they couldn't care less.
5/3/23 another update, now they're saying it's been lost and I have to contact the seller who then needs to contact dpd to start a investigation into where its disappeared to. Couldn't make this up honestly.
AVOID GEOPOST/ DPD AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT YOUR PACEL ACTUALLY DELIVERED.
