I have requested a translation of a 200-word document on April 29 and as of May 5, the translation has not been completed.
Very disappointed.

They failed in translating 7 words (Yes 7 words only), yet they do not say sorry. Stay away from thier services.

One Hour translation is VERY GOOD. They have very good translators and they verify the translations 3 times. If you are a good translator you will receive sufficient translations from them. Trust them, they are very professional. Their translators make wonders.

This company fabricates and exaggerates an awful lot of information. I'm pretty sure they lie about all of the companies that they display on their website as clients. Our company is definitely not a client, never was and never will be. We are trying to file a lawsuit and tried contacting them at the U.S. office they list. The only problem is that they aren't even located in the United States. They are located in Israel. They list a fake address in the United States to further lie to people. This is outrageous.

Of course I cannot check what freelancers provide to me as a client. But I trust them like 5-7 or so years ago with Nordic and other main languages of Europe for some banner translation and overall website pages. I think it was good I was converting, that's all I need.

They put the linguist in a situation with their scoring system that whatever you do you are wrong. I am talking about their scoring system with reviews. They are also very subjective and unprofessional with how they think you should answer customers and fellow linguists. You receive very sharp msgs from them but you are not supposed to defend yourself although you may be objective and not necessarily rude. They criticize you if you do not answer their claims rapidly saying the customer is indeed waiting but leave you in the lurch for a week if you need assistance to complete a project. Bunch of unqualified people giving very bad support. Avoid them!

Do not trust them, just consider what kind of translation they can provide within one hour? I am so stupid to trust them and so I got three revised papers. The time cost was damn high, not worth at all.

Do not use them at all. I was offered Facebook jobs two days ago for less than a cent per word, complained about that at the bottom of the page and then got barred. They cited 'lack of quality' to do with three jobs (which I can't see now, so they they plucked three at random) as a reason. I'm rated 8.86 for my combination by peers, and I've done about 116 jobs.

Good translations, I highly recommend their service!

They don’t pay . They ignore people and they don’t even reply to message . And finnally they delete bad reviews on google play ... !!

I advise anyone who needs a translation: Stay away from this company! They don't pay their freelancers, so why put any money into a scam like this??

Next time I'll try to translate it by myself..

Total scam, they quote on fake word count and then try to charge 500 %. Do not use them.

Not very satisfied with the result. Service is good, but quality in my experience with a legal document was pretty poor.
I have peers who used with satisfaction their services, though.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The one hour translation claim was moved to 24 hours before the order was even placed, but was accepted. Only after several follow-up emails and threats of further action was I able to get a refund, which was initially offered as "credit" which was refused.
