Generally pleased

I'm very happy with my wall-mounted TV! The installers worked quickly and set up all the components, including accessing the wireless network. They demonstrated how things worked, and I was comfortable with the system before they left.
The sales side (Casey) was responsive and knowledgeable. The only glitch was that, prior to purchase, I was assured installation could be accomplished within the week. I paid an electrician an extra trip to install the outlets so they would be in place for the installation. Then when the scheduler called he said there was no way the installation could happen the next week. I was both disappointed that I had to wait 3 weeks for the installation and more than a little annoyed that it affected my wallet.

We did business with Livewire because of Brad Camp!

We are "old" in our 50's and Brad was great at guiding us through what we need, and how technology works today - compared to what we are used to or what we have installed in the past. We "fought" him (really technology) most of the way and he was so patient with us and really guided us through the process. It was hard spending the money, since we were building a house and had lots of things we needed and wanted to spend money on; now that we have moved in, we are glad we got this all taken care of up front.

Excellent, creative customer service.

Bringing my 92-year-old home up to speed technologically has been no easy task but Livewire has risen to every challenge, from devising ways for me to operate televisions, sound systems and even a driveway gate from my phone. Whenever there's an issue, it has been easy to schedule an appointment and get the job done. Now they can even monitor and repair several of the home's systems remotely. I would recommend them highly to anyone seeking home technology upgrades.

Excellent from start to finish!

Livewire is a great company! I have used them for Security Cameras and most recently to have a television and sound bar installed on the wall in the Master Bedroom. I love that the Sales Consultant comes to the house, listens to your ideas and puts together a plan that works beautifully for your home. Very impressed. The installation team is top notch. Very knowledgeable.
Also, I am happy knowing that I can call them with questions and they are more than happy to help.
You just can't go wrong with Livewire!

This company is 100% alive!

Mr. Mike Hodson advised us about the media system we purchased from Livewire, oversaw its installation, and followed up with us to make sure that we understood how everything worked. We were and still are very pleased with our experience with Livewire. Livewire is an exceptionally professional company, and we recommend it very highly.

A company with great potential that needs to be better organized and appreciate its customers

Livewire for the most part does a great job designing and installing sophisticated AV systems and that is it. Unfortunately there is no follow up, no e-mails or newsletters of new ideas or services. Obtaining service is way more difficult (requires talking to more than one person) than it should be. There needs to be periodic follow up with customers who install high end systems.

Communicator Commanders best describes the reliability and quality of Livewire technitions, the products they recommend and the installation they provide.

Brad and thoughs working with him from Livewire all walk their talk..."Commuication Commanders." They are able to take the latest high tech equipment and install it on schedule and within my budget. During installation, instructions and explanations were broken down into laymens terms so I could understand them and use them during my own operation of the equipment. Once all audio and visual equipment was installed and working to perfection, I still need help and had questions about some operation details...several months had gone by when I called Brad and he was able to give me the information I needed. Always patient, pleasant and eager to help. These guys are good.

Professional and Awesome

Everyone at Livewire was beyond awesome.
They took their time and answered all the questions.
They came back and helped during the adjustment to all the new tech answering questions and providing good customer service.
Just wish my builder had made it more clear what Livewire was doing in my new home so I could have used them as my security provider.
Awesome and professionalism sums it all up.

For me, Livewire was a complete disaster

Mine was a complicated installation, granted. But Livewire shouldn't have taken it on if they had doubts, The system was so undependable, the components had to be replaced so often & the service was so terrible that I've given up maintaining it. $40,000+ down the drain.

LiveWire has been great!

I was having several problems with my Control4 home automation system. The company i purchased it from did the design, installation, and support. It had problems continuously, and at times we went days without any service.

LiveWire assessed the design, found several issues, redesigned the system, and created a support plan that is reasonable and extremely effective. They were very clear about what needed to be done, and then followed through with the changes that were needed to give me a more solid solution.

I am very happy with LiveWire and highly recommend them.
