Moved into new home, needed someone experienced to mount flatscreen above fireplace. All steps went smoothly: initial visit, estimate, installation, and billing.

My husband and I asked the folks at Livewire to help us make some upgrades/changes to existing systems recently and once again, we are pleased with their suggestions and quality of workmanship.

Livewired did a good and fast job in installing our office door access system. The work was clean and performs great. They even helped to switch out original keyfobs for those that would work with our building system,

Efficient, caring and knowledgeable. I have a rather complex set of issues with a special needs daughter living independently for the first time. Each time I have thrown a problem their way, they have come up with a workable solution.

This morning I awoke to a loud vibrating hum from one of the receivers in my media system. Mark quickly responded to my initial phone call and helped me deal with the problem on the phone. I appreciate the fast response and the technical knowledge of the people at Livewire.

The only hitch was due to some crossed wires prior to the installation. I assumed they would either have an appropriate mount I could purchase for the new TV or they would be able to use my existing mount from the old TV. They had to pause the visit and resume later in the day so that I could go purchase a new mount at Best Buy. To expedite matters, either they should carry some universal mounts on the truck (akin to having HDMI cables and switch boxes) or the customer should be told to have a new mount ready in advance. Without the "pause and resume" and the extra trip, I suspect we could have done the installation in one hour rather than two (and I could probably have saved $185). With that said, the install was very professionally done and the system works great.

Brad Camp and my entire team of installers offered First Class service from start to finish. My upgrade included my wireless network, TV upgrades, and boosting my cell signal in a home that went from 0 to 3 bars with the new equipment. All areas working beautifully.

I really enjoyed my first experience with Livewire. The first round involved installing in-wall surround in our living room, installing outdoor speakers and improving connectivity for our wired Ethernet system. After submitting a request online, I was contacted almost immediately, talked through the project and was scheduled for an appointment very quickly. The sales staff was knowledgeable and the installation crew was punctual and courteous. I've since decided to have Livewire back out for an unrelated project.

Livewire delivers A+ service, from the determination of needs to the selection and installation of equipment. I cannot too many positive words to reflect their level of professionalism, attention to detail, and follow through. Every Livewire employee, without fail, is dedicated to providing logical answers and education. Livewire never has disappointed me or friends who have followed my recommendation.

This is the second time I have used Livewire to recommend and install home theater and indoor and outdoor audio equipment and they exceeded all expectations both times. Their recommendations for equipment to buy are based on value and experience as opposed to maximizing price and it's clear they care about the customer relationship more than anything else. Their service technicians work tirelessly to get the job done in an aesthetically pleasing way and to be as least disruptive as possible. I recommend Livewire to anyone considering improving or installing home theater and audio equipment.

Our initial introduction to Livewaire was in 2010 when we moved into Monument square Condos. Livewaire quickly came up with media solutions to provide us with comprehensive audio and video components that not only were state of the art, but blended into our new small space.
The install was seamless and more than met our expectations. Since then, LIvewire has conquered 2 additional projects. TV selection, wall mounted, integrated audio/video programmed remote control and SONOS throughout our home. Each install was professionally executed and flawless. They are simply put... The best in their field.

This was my first experience with Livewire. Our sales person was on time and delivered a quote when promised. Once the commitment was signed, I was notified by service for the install. Installers arrived as promised, courteous, professionally dressed (easy to identify) and didn't leave a mess. Once we were ready for trim out, again, notified by service, technicians were prompt and notified me upon their arrival. We had one unplanned issue, no problem! Suggestion offered and fixed before they left! Absolutely recommend Livewire.

I have been extremely pleased with Live wires product quality as well as their sincere caring of their customers satisfaction.I dealt with a representative named Brad Camp who was awesome in taking time to explain my options in purchasing what I needed but more importantly he has always answered my calls and questions after I have had my system 2 years later. Any issues/questions that arise the service is second to none which is very hard to find these days.I strongly recommend Live Wire to anyone who cares about quality and service during and after the sale.
