Incredibly opaque and almost deceptive…

Incredibly opaque and almost deceptive in their dealings. All products are over $100/month marked up. Overwhelmingly interested in getting next payment out of you, little concern for your actual health. Even the app is useless, I can find crappy lo-cal recipes online and that’s about all it contains. Cancelled the service, what a hassle that was. Then the app said my cancellation would take effect in 2 months. I had to email and say no, it takes effect now. Cancelled payment authorisation on PayPal just in case they came for more money. OMG. Business model seems to be based on targeting people’s ’shame’ and figuring no one will complain

We try to be very clear and transparent in terms of the service, the price and our continued concern for our patients health. We have thousands of nutritionist approved recipes in the App, with more being added regularly. I would like to look into your situation as it sounds as though you may have joined a 3 month commit & save offer, which gives you a discounted rate by committing to a 3 month term. I have requested your details here, they will be private, but I'm hoping to look into this, and reach out to you to resolve as we really want a great experience for our customers and it sounds as though yours has been the opposite. Took my money but refused to help

The initial process was great. We agreed I needed to consult my specialist (having had recent surgery) before proceeding. I did that but they immediately charged me for 2 months of injections! I did not receive anything!
I contacted them 6 times to sort it out but all they did was activate my account. Such a BAD experience. Communication appalling :(

Appointment Scheduling

I wanted to change to an appointment where i knew the date/time rather than next available consult (that I had selected). This is annoying as you're left wondering when that might be, so far 3 days?

I had a query and it was resolved…

I had a query and it was resolved promptly by the customer service team. In particular Herman Sol. Herman called and put me at ease. The medical team are great too and always reply to any concerns or queries promptly. Highly recommended them.

Great customer service from Hermen Sol

Great customer service from Hermen Sol. I had to temporarily change my delivery address, he updated my address for me as a temporary one and also followed up on the order to make sure it would arrive in the time frame.

Top notch help!

Arcie was so helpful. She understood exactly what my issue was, and when she couldn’t fix it, she escalated it but also checked back in with it. It took a few days to sort it but she always replied to my emails quickly and then sent an email to confirm to was all fixed and I was happy! Highly recommend.

I would like to acknowledge the excellent service I received from Moshy. After organising everything last week, I began to feel uncertain after reading some reviews. The team picked up on my concerns immediately, scheduled an appointment without delay, and a few days later my medication arrived.
