I have always been treated very well here which is something I’ll never forget. You all have the time to check and assist Me of whatever I need help with. I really enjoy playing on here I honestly don’t mind losing a few hundred but if that has lasted me a while and my balance has been up and down I’m still happy with the outcome. I know there has been times where I struggle to get features and when I do it’s a low low win but end of the day that’s gambling I know things will change later In time. Something else I really like is that I have a personal vip manager (Sandra) and what can I say she is such a wonderful person. Very kind, very caring and most of all very helpful. Even just to see how I am means a lot. Great customer service and that is hard to find sometimes. I am very honoured to have Sandra as my vip manager. I’d love to get that big big win one day and fingers crossed. Even if I deposit $50 and I got a feature or 2 and I lost it’s alright I just don’t like when I don’t get a feature from a deposit lol. Overall a good experience
I have been playing for just over a year now.When covid shut down all the casinos and the bars were closed that have the VLT machines is was the best alternative we had in Saskatchewan, Canada.
The best part of my experience with getslots is my VIP manager. He has made it very enjoyable.
The only problem I have is the free spins they aren't usually worth playing. Some of the bonuses are a bit to high. Don't get me wrong I have won nice amounts on the bonuses I have received from my VIP manager Larry!!
My overall experience has been very good!
I will continue to play regularly!
