I started using Timely in lockdown last year and was a little hesitant with so much unknown in regards to the lockdown and pandemic but I am so glad that I did! It is an extremely easy system to set up and use and has allowed me to stream line so many behind the scenes processes so when we re opened everything was just a breeze.

Not only is it a great system but the support and customer care is amazing and there are constantly updates and new things being added so it is forever evolving which is definitely what you want in a booking system.

I would highly recommend Timely.

Timely software is the best thing I ever introduced to my business. The care and support the company have shown during the pandemic and lockdowns has been incredible. Timely is very user friendly and straight forward to use. I cannot fault timely and suggest it to all business owners in the hair and beauty industry.

Timely makes running a salon so much easier. It has lots of features available to accommodate small one person salons right up to busy, multiple therapist salons.
Every staff member does everything within their ability to help if any problems arise.
They are constantly updating and releasing new features based on what their customers request. It's so refreshing to have an honest, open business who listens to their customer base.

I’ve been using Timely for 2 years now, I can’t begin to tell you how much it has transformed my business! I used to spend so much time texting back and forth between clients to find them a suitable appointment, now they can just book themselves in directly. The management reports are also excellent and really help to keep me on track to achieve my income goals.

I’m a home-based solo therapist, Timely isn’t just for big salons, it’s like having an extra pair of admin hands in your solo biz whilst you’re busy delivering the treatments and earning the money!

I absolutely love Timely booking software and the whole support team are amazing too, with tonnes of videos in the fb group that make getting the most out of Timely easy and fun. Even though Timely is global, they have a friendly family vibe, they have really looked after their clients in Lockdowns and they’ve always been there for me if I’ve needed them,

What can I say! I struggled with so many systems before finding the holy grail of Timely! From the team to the support group 😍 amazing! Nothing is ever too hard, timely have an automation for just about everything, my favorite is the follow up emails, great for aftercare advice and rebooking clients!

I’ve used many booking system and this is personally for me the the best system yet, the support network is great, any questions or support are answered quickly.

Love timely, the support I received by Annabel is the reason I invested in timely in the first place. Love the lay out and colours. The features such as gift vouchers and clients rewards make things so much easier than physical ones. It is really user friendly and so easy for clients to use too. The support group is amazing and always help really quickly. Personally the only thing that would make it a five star, is if we had the ability to restrict certain online bookings. Other than that LOVE timely :)
