Geysers fantastic range of "out of the ordinary" radiators is complimented by excellent sales service. Not only did we receive updates by email, to let us know the progress of our order, but Liz from Geyser telephoned us to make sure we would be at home to receive delivery. It's these little touches that make the difference, something that is all too often forgotten in the "all digital" age.
Our new electric radiator is as much a piece of art, and a real talking point,as it is a utility object. Fitting was easy thanks to the comprehensive instructions, and our new room was warm and welcoming in no time.

This radiator heats up quickly and evenly. Also gives out a good radiant heat as well as convection. Very pleased with both the performance and look. A mile better than the standard radiator it replaced.

Nice quality ...As a company we have been using your products for several years now, so they have stood the test of time.

I saw one the Geyser towel rails we installed some four years ago, it still looked brand new, the client was delighted, we did have one minor incident a few years ago which was dealt with very quickly, a manufacturing defect. So yes, we are very happy with the products and service and will continue using...A great company to deal with..very refreshing!

Discovered Geyser via a Google search and I'm glad I did. Purchased two anthracite electric radiators and they arrived the next day.
When unpacking, I found one rad dented, so took a photo, emailed it to them and they called within a few minutes. Very happy to replace the rad, which arrived the next day as well.
Now they're installed, they are not only stunning looking, but superbly efficient too. The electric element is easy to install (provided you have some common sense and an adjustable spanner) and simple to operate.
Really am very pleased with these high quality, good looking, practical rads. Thank you Geyser for providing such a good product!

Fast delivery, delivered by the royal mail, who had the item stored upright in the van, only prob was the delivery driver, tried to get me to sign for it before it was even out of the van! when she took the rad from the van, she put the rad down on one corner onto the pavement and was barely able to lift the item, had to take it in myself, the box had several holes in, so I opened it up in front of the delivery driver, who was telling me how it had been delivered now and it wouldn't be going back on the van,, reminded her that I hadn't signed for it yet, unbelievable! Fortunately the item was well packaged and in A1 condition.. As I said, fast delivery but pp service from Royal Mail.

Accidentally foud this Web site on YouTube, when I, was looking for towel rail had not many options, so had to buy from local seller. But hese guys has lots to choose from and good prices. Shame didn't find them when I was looking for the radiator. Also didn't knew that I can connect timer on electric heaters. After YouTube video about timers, decided to buy and try it. And boy, this is good stuff. Set 7 days timer, day time use gas to heat it, night time use electricity to heat radiator. The timer also has 13A fuse, which is benefit. Trust me, you need one of these. 63£ it's not expensive

Excellent service. Rang to check items were in stock as had, had an issue with another supplier. The lady I spoke to was great confirming she had already processed my order and it was being packed up as we were speaking. It's was delivered next day.

I cannot praise Geyser enough, I purchased a Radiator back in 2009 and wanted the same model for my kitchen, After the years had gone by I could not find my original receipt and on contacting Geyser on the chatline within minutes they produced a copy of the order form, not only did they have the same radiator they also recommended a new element for my original radiator which I was considering replacing.

My new radiator was even cheaper than the original one purchased 10 years ago so that was an added bonus. Radiator was purchased on Sunday and arrived this morning it has been fitted and works brilliantly.

Highly recommended. 10/10.

I was very disappointed to find that the electric radiator was not ready with the timer installed to just plug in. I now have to wait for an electrician (who has the time) to come before Christmas to get this installed. Not very good for a radiator of this price not to be ready to plug in straight away. I am in my late 70's I did not expect this of a quality radiator. I hope the weather holds and does not become cold before the electrician arrives. I don't even know if this radiator works yet. It was certainly not damaged in transit and now hangs on the wall awaiting installation. After waiting so long for it to arrive I am well less pleased.

Great product ! Good company to deal with ! The anthercite grey 1500 x 500 towel rail with the 1000 watt variable heat element is great, just tap the 2 hour button and your towels are dry as a bone!!

I ordered some brackets for a radiator I had purchased some 2 years earlier . I was delighted they were available & with the knowlege of the lady I spoke to

Some screws were missing and were sent the following day .

Nothing was too much trouble

Looked online at radiators and was unsure of colour champagne gold as onscreen can look totally different. Rang the office and they sent me a sample. Rang to order 5 radiators staff were excellent, went through sizes and trv options. They organised delivery. Arrived when stated with delivery updates, well packaged. The radiators look great especially the designer style verticals.

Excellent company , highly recommended .
Very knowledgeable on all aspects.
I would use them again for any similar requirements.
