I ordered four hats, received three.
was supposed to be cotton, one was almost, the others were polyester.
came directly from china.

Had delivered flat. Crushed to bits. Terrible quality. Avoid

I bought a straw fedora supposed to be from vegetable fibre and is made of paper.
Packing is terrible, absolute rubbish!
To return it, I have to take photos, email the photos to them and if my return is accepted only then I can return it!!!

Placed order received email hat shipped but when I check tracking information it states waiting on package to be delivered. Starting to believe was scammed and will never see the hat. Based on reviews I should expect poor quality. Never order from them again.

When I order from this store I got post from AliExpress, so they basically charge you for writing your billing adress on another website. As for the hats, you get what you pay for so that's not the problem.

I ordered some nice looking hats, but got worried when I saw the bad rating of the site.

Luckily I was indeed very satisfied with my hats. Good quality and looking like the pictures.

Absolutley shocking , hat all crushed as it was just in a plastic bag and the item was cheap like a TEMU product .Could have bought a better quality hat from a joke shop !!!Not worth the money they charge ! No reply about a refund either . AVOID THIS COMPANY

The packaging was terrible, just a plastic bag with no protection.
The actual hat was miss-shaped and creased, I'm hoping for the sake of the company that this damage was caused during transit and it didn't leave Ghelter in this condition.
The delivery wasn't the quickest either.
The quality of the hat wasn't anything to write home about. My wife bought hers from a cheap website that starts with "Te" and ends with "mu" and it was far superior in both materials quality and packaging quality. Plus hers was less than a third of the price. The ONE star I gave them was too high.

The quilty is horrible it is no where near what you see on the photos. It's the biggest scam ever. The delivery was horrendous with no updates on shipping. I would never even think of buying anything or coming close to recommending this to anyone.

I think this is a scam. Ordered my hats 3 months ago...the tracking system said they were delivered but when I called to challenge they told me the hats were still on their way. Two months later and they now claim they 'tried' to deliver the hats but I was out. So they never bothered to try again or even inform me. I'm gonna claim a chargeback. They're clearly a poorly run firm or a scam,

Excellent service. The staff went out of their way to find a hat the right size for me. Their hats are good quality.

I ordered a beanie that was advertised as "wool", and fitting a head 51-61cm in diameter (adult). I was sent a beanie that was 100% acrylic at an infant size (it actually said "infant" on the label). Initially this felt like a scam. I contacted customer service and they got back to me a couple of days later apologising for the item "not fitting as expected" and said the following:

"To help resolve this as quickly and conveniently as possible, we’re happy to offer you a free replacement at no additional cost. You may choose either:
• The same item in a different size, or
• A different item of similar value in the size you prefer
In both cases, you can keep the item you received, so there’s no need to return it."

I responded by asking for a cotton beanie as a replacement, given my experience with the acrylic "wool" beanies.

Two days later I received an email notifying me that they had refunded the purchase price as they had no "wool" beanies in stock, even though I specifically asked for a cotton beanie. However, they did not refund me for the delivery cost of $6.

I replied, telling them I had not asked for another wool beanie, but they did not respond.

I am $6 out of pocket with no beanie to keep my head warm. It feels awful to be treated so poorly, lied to and with such disdain.

My transaction with Ghelter was satisfactory, they supplied the cap I requested at the appointed time.

Unfortunately the hat was delivered completely flat and was unwearable. I was at fault that I didn't take on board that it was vegan leather but the hat was a plush material not at all plastic or leather.
I had bought another hat in the meantime. Ollie initially offered me 50% refund but soon sent me the full amount which is now banked, so the situation was resolved amicably.

Cheap Chinese products sold at inflated prices. The quality and smell are awful. The so-called Oliver has not responded to my request for a return label. Thankfully, I paid with Klarna, so I’m protected. This feels like a scam.

If I could id give them 0 stars. The hats that they claim are sized at 55mm or 56mm are no where near that size. They are way to big. Then they keep trying to get me to choose different hats rather than send me my money back. They are the worst company I've ever done business with on the internet. Do not buy form them. Im pretty sure this is super cheap China made garbage. Thats way the sizing is no where accurate.

I was initially disappointed with the product I received, as it didn’t match the description. However, Oliver at Ghelter was very responsive and helpful. He quickly addressed my query and offered to send the correct product free of charge. I really appreciated his assistance.
