My order was placed 24May 2026 and it’s now 16th of June and they havnt replied to 1 email for my 2 beanies I ordered

Hats arrived crushed in shipping. They are not boxed for shipping.
Made of cheap quality materials not vegetable fibers as advertised. I would say they misrepresent their products.
This company should be avoided.
Also no response from the company when I reported this to them.

I ordered a hat from this company. I paid more than I normally would and hoped to receive a good quality product.
What i received was a poor quality piece of rubbish that looked like it had been run over. It was squashed and of such poor quality.
I looked at the returns policy and e mailed thier support team with everything they asked for and so far they have ignored me.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
the promotional e mails never stop but the products themselves are rubbish, they are over priced and thier customer service is non existant

They packed my hat so badly it had absolutely zero protection and was therefore crushed in transport

I ordered a hat and, during the checkout process, additional items appeared in my basket. After accidentally clicking a button while trying to review the order, the purchase was updated and processed before I had a clear opportunity to confirm the final contents.

As soon as I realised what had happened, I contacted customer service and requested that the order be cancelled. I explained my concerns about the checkout process and why I believed it was unclear and misleading. Despite this, I later received confirmation that the order had been dispatched.

My main issue is not just the order itself, but the fact that my cancellation request appears to have been ignored before shipment. I do not feel that the website provided a transparent purchasing experience, and the handling of my cancellation request left me very dissatisfied.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Absolute rubbish. Very disappointing. I should have known from the price but the site was very convincing. Bought two hats both way too small as a starting point, one says adjustable 56-62cm but its nowhere near, I don't think even at 56cm it would fit well and I'm 61, even with the adjuster completely undone the main cap won't go on my head. So basically cheap Chinese import crap that will not fit European heads. A shame because the designs are good, if they charged twice as much but actually delivered something decent they would have a good business!

Despite being advertised as "2-day shipping", it was 9 days before I was even notified of shipment, only to discover it was coming from China, which was then another 9 days of transit. If I had known in advance that it would take so long, I would have purchased elsewhere.

Cap took over a month to pitch up, when it did it was absolutely pony. Steer clear. This is a scam.

What a ripoff! The cowboy hat was delivered in an envelope! It was crushed. The material was cheap. I've seen better hats made by 7 years in their art class. Shame on you Ghelter...The hat is a joke. I threw it out.

My straw fedora hat arrived today. Well packaged and in perfect condition. After reading some of the reviews I was somewhat skeptical but everything was wonderful and I would not hesitate in buying from this company again. Thank you Ghelter for a great service. I am really looking forward to wearing my hat.

I ordered a Verona Plain Linen Flat Cap from GHELTER and had a very disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, I did not see the many negative online reviews before placing my order. Had I done so, I would have definitely avoided purchasing from Ghelter.
The shipping process was frustrating from the start. The tracking information kept changing, and it was difficult to determine the status of the shipment. After considerable confusion, I finally received the package.
The product itself was not what I expected. Before ordering, I specifically contacted customer support to confirm that the cap was made from 100% linen, and they confirmed that it was. However, when the cap arrived, the label showed that it was actually made from a blend of polyester, linen, and cotton. In my view, the cap is cheaply made, lower quality than advertised, overpriced, and did not fit properly.
I immediately contacted the company, explained the issue, and requested to return the item for a full refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, I was not provided with a satisfactory solution. More recently, I have stopped receiving responses altogether, despite reaching out multiple times following our last email communication.
While researching the company after my experience, I found numerous reviews from other customers reporting similar concerns involving inaccurate product descriptions, product quality issues, shipping problems, poor customer service, and difficulties obtaining refunds. Seeing how closely my experience aligned with these negative reviews, I regret making this purchase and wish I had researched the company more thoroughly beforehand.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that buyers stay away from this seller.

Very poor quality material, and that’s an understatement. Arrived in an outer plastic envelope, in a clear cellophane type covering, folded in half over cardboard - should have read the reviews first. Images on the website convey the impression of much better quality material than that of the actual product. Recommendation: shop elsewhere.

I purchased a hat that really looks grey on their website but when it arrives it actually brown and not half as good as it looks in the picture. I emailed a staff member who was quick to respond but said it only comes in brown. So I will say the error is partially my fault but I'd love to show the contrast in the two photos. The difference between what I ordered to what I received is the reason behind my poor review, unfortunately 😕

Really good customer service and support from the team, first hat I received wasn’t up to standard and they helped with a second order which arrived quickly, and is great quality. Love my new hat!

Paid for it and never received the hat. No refund, NOTHING. Kept sending a bogus tracker sayong its on the way. That was a month ago!!!! Stay AWAY!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible quality. Ordered 3 caps, and absolutely no where near what was advertised online! All three hats came packaged in cheap plastic, crumpled, loose threads, no structural stability to the caps, packaging had chinese writing all over it. False advertising and rip off items. Asked for refund and still waiting on a reply. These items are rubbish worthy. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They just order off Ali express then charge you double. Save yourself some money and Order direct from them.

Shocking quality, item bared no resemblance to what was ordered, dreadful customer service. Waste of money

After my mistake about a wrong address, Oliver Taylor has made many efforts to solve this problem, and have succeeded, so I got a fine cap and not too expensive!

This company is an absolute scam. I paid €80 for a "leather" hat. Threads hanging out, long unfinished lines of stitching all over and most disappointing it's not real leather, no tag of authenticity. Bad customer service and complete denial of their fake products. Steer clear and keep your money
