What I can say, for me everything was perfect,

After a slight change with the pick up times to collect a car, unfortunately I couldn’t make it, however after speaking to Neil over the phone he managed to deliver the car the same day! Brilliant customer service, highly recommend.

Dealt with Neil to early to give a real review only picked car up on 29th Sept, small problem fixed before i picked car up but still not right ordered new part myself to do as trim not put back right ,other than that car brilliant drive really well xc60 cant fault G H Motors up to now . Will update in a couple month.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Collected from Mansfield Woodhouse station (just let the guys know which train you are arriving/leaving on. It's 5 minutes from GH Motors). Good, long test drive. No sales pressure at all. Car very well presented. Exactly as described on website/phone. Pick-up date agreed and stuck to. Car PDI and 12 months MoT. Amazingly clean in/out. The team are really cheerful and made the transaction a pleasure.

BEWARE..Truly shocking experience.Paid £7300 for a car,told them well in advance I would pick it up Sunday,arrived car not working.🤷‍♂️They said someone should have rung me but didn’t.6 hour train journey home.
Asked for a refund,which you are entitled to by LAW and did there attitude change.
Asked for owners name and the reply was “what has it got to do with you”.
Constantly being fobbed off saying they can’t authorise payment,owner not in etc,etc

Brilliant service from start to finish

We needed to replace our old 4x4 & went along to GH Motors to view a couple of cars we had seen online. 24hrs later we drove away with our new workhorse. Our sales guy Jeremy was very easy going & after the test drive left us alone to make a decision without any 'hard sell' tactics. On hand over everything was done profesionally & in a timely manner. Can highly recommend 😊

I have just bought a Subaru Forester from GH Motors and can recommend them, they are friendly, get back to you when they promise and nothing is too much trouble for them. They were not pushy and did not try to sell me other services, would say give them a call if you are interested in buying a used car.

I visited G H Motors at Mansfield with the intention of buying a VW Polo, Chris and the guy in the office ( who's name escapes me ) were very understanding when I gave my reasons for not buying the car, they both have a very good sense of humour and we ended up having a really good chat.

I Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to buy a used car to give G H Motors a visit.

UPDATE On the Below
I did eventually get some half decent service but feel my negative review and a lot of calling back over and over finally kicked things into gear. The car is ok, im not totally satisfied with the quality, found the foot rest next to clutch has been stuck down with some form of sealant and came loose while i was driving, very dangerous. The door seal hasnt been stuck on well and is loose in places and not perfectly aligned. Overall the car is ok, but i would think twice before using GH again. Pretty terrible experience overall and feel had i not kept going at it very little would have been done.

ORIGINAL REVIEW
So far i cant give anything more than 1 star.
Just bought a car, collected the vehicle and drove home. Got in the car for the first time to find it wont start. GH asked me to bring it back assuming dead battery. I managed to get it going the next day and returned to find the battery was in fact new, so issue assumed to be starter motor. The car is with them to fix.

On top of this, a trim was missing from front bumper, spotted on first visit before purchase, they agreed to replace. on the short journey between theirs and home its fallen off the car.
The drivers door seal was hanging off as it had been cut, agreed to replace, found it has been stuck on with a bit of glue and sticky tape. Asked them to replace it...again.
Told the car had no locking nuts so no need for me to have the key, found rear wheels are fixed with locking nuts.
Car was advertised and sold as having full service history, told on collection this was stored online with Ford so no service book, checked with ford and they don't have the information, that is for cars from 2022 onward, this is 2019. I called today to ask for service history documentation at 9am and was told they would call me back later. i called back at 5pm as i hadnt heard anything and the guy on the phone argued with me that "i never said it would be today" and "you should have made sure it was all ok before buying the car!!" Until the phone call this afternoon i was giving the benefit of the doubt but now am of the opinion this is just how they operate.

At this point im very close to asking for a full refund as the car sold is not to the standard advertised. I will update my review with the outcome in the next 48 hours where i hopefully have a car that runs, a full service history document as advertised, a fully sealed drivers door, a fully trimmed front bumper, and wheels with standard nuts that i can remove in the event of a flat! Anything other than that and i will need my 9k back.
