I’ve been messed about by this poor company twice now.
First time I bought from them they didn’t even send the item out, after a week of no replies from messages and no tracking provided I cancelled the order, when I cancelled they decided to reply blaming Christmas and the courier, everyone but themselves.
Second time I thought I’d give them the benefits of the doubt and yep you guessed it, no item after more than a week. Messaged them flat find out what was going on and yet again it wasn’t there fault it was the couriers fault. They wouldn’t refund for another 5 days whilst they did an investigation lol eBay are just as bad by extending there delivery time scale so I couldn’t open a case on there either. Anyway went to PayPal who refunded me straight away.
That’s the last time or order anything from this lot. Absolutely useless at everything.

Honestly, surprisingly well. I bought motorbike trousers that look like normal denim jeans, they look fine once worn, they feel warm and on top of discount they gave me even more discount using the promo code that is advertised directly on their website - stock25. So then It arrived in 2 days time, fit me well enough with a belt and are good looking trousers for a decent price. This was definitely not a 2 star transaction, everything was better than expected- order WebGB12650
Fantastic customer experience
Fantastic customer service. I have used Ghost Bikes a few times and the staff there have never been anything but polite and helpful spending time with every customer to make sure they get just what they need. Recently returned a helmet bought on a whim and outside the advertised returns date. Ghost Bikes looked into the situation carefully and offered an exchange for anything else in the store so I have a nice new jacket and a spare visor for my usual helmet to make up the value.
Misleading “Next Working Day” Delivery – Item Still Not Dispatched
I ordered a part from Ghostbikes specifically because the product page clearly stated “Courier (Next Working Day) – FREE”. The listing also showed the item as in stock and “almost gone,” implying immediate dispatch.
However, after placing the order, I received no updates. When I followed up, I was told the item wouldn't even be dispatched for another 7 working days. That’s a far cry from next-day delivery and completely misleading advertising.
I’ve since cancelled the order and purchased the same part from a more reliable retailer who actually delivers as promised.
If you need something urgently or want accurate delivery info, don’t trust the “Next Working Day” claim from this seller. It’s false advertising, plain and simple.
No use to anyone outside of the UK
They no longer ship outside of the UK and are the only suppliers of agrius helmets, so the helmet I need spare parts for is now obsolete
Avoid……
Ordered a pair of Oxford armoured chinos as great price. Didnt look at reviews. Order shows next day dpd. Even allowing for Easter hols the item should have been here yesterday (Wednesday). Very hard to get hold of anyone. When I did get a reply it mentioned my Tyre!! Emails and calls ignored (well actually on both their numbers you have to record a message despite their website claiming a dedicated customer services team and “awesome customer care”.) Finally a response today with an apology and a claim that there is a delay in sourcing the item. No mention when ordering of the item not being stock. Guess I will try and get my money back via PayPal protection.
UPDATE**
Trousers eventually arrived immediately after PayPal. It acted the however wrong size. Advised my size not in stock and couldn’t say when so I sent back for a refund. Followed up to check item received back which was confirmed but was told that my size was now available and would be dispatched next day. Two weeks later still no item. Stock answer (when you eventually get one) they will be dispatched next day. I have once again opened a claim via PayPal. Surprise surprise UK Goid Deals AKA Ghostbikes have offered a refund (no mention of the replacement jeans!!!) but ONLY if I withdraw my claim via Paypal, Surely that isn’t even legal!? Obviously I advised that I would let PayPal continue to pursue my refund.
Received a Used and Returned Helmet – Extremely Disappointed and Concerned
I wanted to update my previous review to reflect that I did receive a full refund on 18/04/25, which was 9 days after I received the damaged item on 09/04/25. The original order was placed on 07/04/25.
While I appreciate that the company processed the refund, I’m still disappointed with the overall experience. The product I received was clearly used and returned, which is completely unacceptable—especially for a safety item like a helmet. The packaging was damaged, and the helmet showed signs of wear and tear, raising serious concerns about its integrity and safety.
I gave the company a chance to make things right, and while the refund was eventually issued, there was no gesture of goodwill such as a voucher or discount, which I would have expected given the situation.
I stand by my warning to others: inspect your safety products carefully upon delivery. I hope the company takes more care in future to ensure customers receive new, unused, and safe items as advertised.

Next day stated on confirmation email. Nothing received after 3 weeks. Not replying to any emails. Phone constantly set to voicemail. Zero communication. Would avoid purchasing anything online from this company.
Fantastic in store experience
I spent yesterday in Preston searching for the perfect new helmet and jacket, and Ghost Bikes absolutely delivered. From the moment I walked in, Oli went above and beyond to help. He took the time to guide me through the options, explaining the pros and cons of different helmets, including modular and flip designs. I ended up with an incredible Shark helmet that’s perfect for me. Oli didn’t stop there—he also helped with clothing where I found a stunning Revit jacket. The whole process was easy and enjoyable despite my limited knowledge. Oli’s friendly and knowledgeable approach was fantastic—what a credit to the store! If I could give 6 stars, I would! Highly recommend!

Contacted customer service they were also shocking! Giving me the run around eventually telling me it was totally normal for my helmet to behave this way! Absolutely terrible! Stay away from this useless company

Order WebGB1714, I’ve sent many tickets about returning my order - even created a ticket asking to cancel the order not long after placing as was no longer needed. I’ve gotten no response, I’ve made my intention to return this in due time and even this trustpilot review is within 14 days of delivery so im leaving this as proof by uk consumer law I should be eligible to return this for a refund. Genuine Shark Visor, delivered by Evri, exactly when their notification said it would.

Ordered missing, and so is the customer service
Ordered a pair of gloves on 25/06/2024, apparently they were delivered on the 26/06/2024, but no parcel to be found when I got home.
I immediately raised this with Ghost Bikes but almost 2 weeks later, they have done nothing to help other than say they are waiting for Evri. Evri have told me separately that they have taken the blame for the parcel and responded to Ghost bikes. Still no help from the sender though. I have called multiple times, sent several emails & was told on the phone that I would get a full update last Friday. This never came. Judging on the other reviews, this seems like a company to avoid if you want a fast resolution or customer service.
Avoid! Parcel missing and impossible to speak to them
Wish I’d looked at these reviews before ordering! I had the same issue happen as other reviewers reported, where my parcel delivered by Evri was missing (presumably stolen). I reached out to Ghost Bikes customer service about it, asking whether a replacement or refund could be arranged. Their replies have been incredibly unhelpful and slow so far - having to chase them up a lot. I reported it to the police but I was told it’s the seller’s responsibility as I was never in possession of the items. Awful customer service, I will avoid from now on.

Be aware that Ghost Bikes uses Evri, one of the worst couriers around. They left my large parcel on my doorstep, and when I arrived home two hours later, it was gone. The items had been stolen. I reported the missing delivery to Evri, but now Ghost Bikes is ignoring my emails, even though Evri has confirmed the shipment was lost. Be aware that if your parcel is lost, Ghost Bikes will not help you, and you will not receive a refund.
