I received a pair of Oakley Holbrook Jade/Fade from the fantastic people at Giarre.com..... I also needed some Polarised lenses which they sourced for me.....without hesitation.
I keep using Giarre.com because the level of service is second to none. Send an email with a question or request....and without delay, it's answered, politely and concisely.
(and I haven't even mentioned the fantastic range and unbeatable pricing)

The SWP lenses in the Jade/Fade frame worked out perfectly for me.

Oakley Holbrook from Giarre.com

On Monday I received another pair of Oakley Holbrook from the fantastic people at Giarre.com.
This particular model wasn't even listed on their website..... I emailed in a request and the Holbrooks where sourced from Luxotica for me.
You would not get this dedication to customer service from any other seller.
I am now the proud owner of a pair of classic matt black Holbrooks with the truly amazing Prizm Tungsten Polarised lens.

If you have not tried this lens.....do yourself a favour and check out the good people at Giarre.com.

Order never shipped

Ordered a pair of sunglasses almost a month ago. Never shipped. Reached out to customer service and they give the same robotic answer of, it’s delayed, be here next week. I finally requested it canceled. They claim they canceled it and refunded me and that they sent me an email confirmation. Still nothing. No proof of refund.
Really disappointing.

The price was very competitive but delivery took a bit because it turned out to be a custom order and I was not aware that would be the case.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY

If I could post less than 1 star I would.

Do not order from this site.

You think they are good prices but get charged a fortune on import fees.

I ordered a pair for myself and my husband for holiday on the Thursday (one men's and one women's). The following Monday they emailed saying I presume you have ordered two pairs so you can try a pair and return a pair so we cannot accept a full return which I said was not the case.

Apparently this meant I accepted the fact that i cannot return either pair. My husbands are nice but mine don't suit me. I registered the return which has cost me £20 already but when I didn't get a response for 6 days I chased them and they have said apparently I accepted their conditions that I would not return either pair. Not only this, they have shipped both glasses together which has meant my husbands pair which aren't liable for import tax as they were under £135 I also have to pay 20% tax on which is just thick.

All the correspondence is over email which takes days to reply to.

Genuine Lindberg Eyeglass Frames

Giarre.com appears to be a genuine and legitimate retailer. My Lindberg eyeglass frames arrived in Ghana in good condition, and the product itself looks authentic. I am unable to comment on long-term quality as I have not yet begun using them.

Shipping was fast and efficient. Although the manufacturing lead time was longer than average, I was notified of this in advance, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue with the payment process that resulted in an additional cost of approximately USD 100 in transfer charges.
• Visa was listed as an accepted payment method on the platform.
• I completed the Visa payment and the amount was successfully deducted from my account.
• I subsequently received a notification stating the payment could not be processed, and was advised to cancel the order and redo via bank transfer.
• Following cancellation, a refund was issued; however, the associated transfer fees, equivalent to approximately USD 100, were not recoverable.

No explanation was provided as to why the Visa payment failed after the charge was applied. This lack of transparency was a source of frustration.

Suggested improvements in the payment process

Full Refund: Giarre.com issued a full refund of the original amount. No commissions, fees, or penalties were withheld by us.

Fantastic experience! Great prices and top-notch customer service Paciencia recompensada: Unas Persol increíbles y una atención de 10

I’ve had my eye on a pair of Persol 3348s in Havana for a while. I first saw them in a department store for €325 and decided to wait for the right deal. After searching for legitimate websites, I found Giarre.com. Although I waited through Black Friday, the real surprise came during the Christmas season: I found them for €170 plus an extra 25% discount—an absolute steal!
Since I wasn't familiar with the site, I had a few doubts, but Ornella from Customer Service was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly patient, professional, and slowly earned my trust by answering all my questions. Even though we had to wait a few days for them to be back in stock, Ornella kept me updated every step of the way.
Once they had stock, the glasses arrived at my home in Malaga in just 3 days with perfect tracking information. The packaging was very secure and the quality of the Persols is indisputable—they are simply ideal.
We’ve had a surprisingly rainy winter here in Malaga, so I’m still waiting for the sun to stay out to fully enjoy them, but I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will definitely be buying from Giarre again. Thank you, Ornella!

Tras mucho buscar en webs legítimas, encontré Giarre.com y, aunque en Black Friday no surgió la oportunidad, en Navidades me llevé la gran sorpresa: ¡estaban a 170€ y con un descuento adicional!
Al principio tenía mis dudas sobre la web, pero aquí es donde entra Ornella de atención al cliente. Fue absolutamente estupenda, paciente y resolvió todas mis inseguridades. Se ganó mi confianza poco a poco, manteniéndome informado en todo momento mientras esperábamos a que tuvieran stock.
