Awesome customer service

I purchased a pair of men's slippers last year and had an issue with them. The retailer (Schuler Shoes in Minnesota - I used to love them, but no more) was totally unresponsive. However, Giesswein immediately offered to resolve this to my satisfaction. Good company! Stand behind their products!

First of all, we deeply regret that a problem has occured just after a short time of wearing them.
Also, we deeply apologize that the retailer/point of sale in Minnesota was unresponsive to your complaint.
Normally, the appropriate retailer/seller is responsible to take care of complaints.
A refund can only be handled from the appropriate seller.
If you contact us through shop@giesswein.com together with an image from the article with the defect and also explaining the problem, we would take care of this and see if we would be able to send you a replacement.
This would be an exception, as your retailer seemed not to be helpful in this case.

We thank you for all your efforts and regret these circumstances.

Lovely looking but broke after one day.

Ordered the walking boots which came quickly and were very nice to look at. They were pretty comfortable too. However on day two one of the metal bits holding the laces snapped and on say three another one did. The remaining ones feel like they might go too. This is very disappointing considering how expensive the boots are. I have written to the company and they asked me to send a picture which I did a couple of days ago but have heard nothing more.

Update

The company has sent me a refund as they were unable to send a new pair. Disappointing but I guess at least they’ve returned my money. Probably wouldn’t risk buying from them again.

Beautiful wool pop slippers

Beautiful wool pop slippers. Very warm. Great customer service. Delivery delayed a little but they were responsive and the product arrived when they said it would.

I would highly recommend this company

I would highly recommend this company. Great communication and updates on where my delivery was in transit. Delivered within a reasonable time! The two pairs of slippers I ordered are fabulous and am really delighted with my purchases. Highly recommend this company and will definitely buy again! 5 stars

item not delivered!!!

I ordered a pair of slippers from Giesswein. It has been 8 working days since the order was placed (GWUK35995) and there is no sign of the parcel. I tried to get in touch with customer service via email a number of times - no response at all.
This is unacceptable! Where is my order or my refund?

I bought 3 pairs but only one pair has…

I bought 3 pairs but only one pair has been delivered! DHL tracking says all has been delivered but that is not correct! I got one box with only Wildpoldsried - 39 / anthrazit-019 × 1. I guess this is a mistake from DHL and I hope to receive the other 2 pairs Tino - 39 / jeans-527 × 1 and Woolpops - 45 / anthrazit/gelb-694 × 1 as soon as possible!

Quality - Really high quality and ridiculously comfortable. Warm but not sweaty. I take a 10.5(UK) and the 11s are a perfect fit - slightly narrow but with some give in the upper. They are expensive, but I think worth every penny.
Delivery - Some issues with delivery hence 4*, but customer services were responsive.

This was my first and last experience with this company

This was my first and last experience of buying a product through a face book ad. The shoes looked great and there were some excellent reviews on trust pilot so I placed an order and waited....... When nothing had arrived after 2 weeks, I contacted the company and was told there had been a problem with the order and the shoes should be arriving ‘ in the next few days’. About 10 days later, out of the blue I received an email saying the order had been cancelled and my money refunded. No explanation, nothing. I then contacted the company again to complain and ask why and was told their carrier had been unable to deliver. That is absolute rubbish- I live in London and receive regular deliveries.
Needless to say, I won’t be placing another order and would not recommend this company- the communication is truly appalling.

i bought 2 pair of shoes and i paid in full i wanted the shoes for my son for school i waited and contacted the company over and over and no response until now when they refunded my whole order with no reason or explanation i used to love this company and have sent many people to buy there products as have i and now im totally bummed by my treatment SAD
