Outstandingly good service that exceeded my expectations! I wanted a basket delivered to my son in São Paulo, Brazil, and had no idea where to start to find an authentic and professional service. After looking at a couple of other operators that had very disappointing reviews, I found Giftbasketsoverseas, and all their previous reviews were very encouraging. I needed some help with my order, and got immediate and helpful support from the in-app chat. After placing my order, there was immediate, live order tracking that was very reassuring My gift basket was delivered right on time (in spite of it being a last-minute order), and my son tells me that everything was delicious. I first used giftbasketsoverseas in Dec 2021 and had a great experience. Hence, I used them again this year February. I specifically chose Martini Munchies because of the fleece blanket listed in the gift basket. However, the blanket was not sent to my friend. When I lodged complaints to them, I was given great customer service by Tanya Taylor. I also want to praise Amy Heize who was very patient with me when I vented my frustrations. They tried to make amends by offering to send chocolates to my friend but that box of chocolates did not arrive together with the blanket. It took a few more conversations with their customer service to have the chocolates finally sent to my friend. I know the fault is not on them but on their local partner. I will use their services again in the future because of their great customer service. They tried their very best to apologize to me and with that they deserve my praise.

I had a great buying experience with GiftBasketsOverseas thanks to Cadi who delivered an excellent customer service, and responded very well to my needs from the beginning until the end. All information received (including the corporate order form) were very clear and made the process easier and quicker. Ordered a Chinese New Year gift before Chinese New Year. The gifts were scheduled for delivery before CNY. This was important for my business relationship.

On the DAY of delivery, they email me to say delivery is delayed until after Chinese New Year.

They then email me after Chinese New Year to say it's delayed again with no estimated date, just 'we'll be in touch'.

3-4 weeks later, no contact, no delivery and my business relationship didn't foster from this gift like it was meant to.

$500 wasted on these con artists. Seriously, don't even bother, you'll regret it.
