There were some issues in the beginning using the gift card, but... Andrew in customer service helped re solve those. He even followed up with me a couple of days later to see if everything was working correctly. That's top notch customer service! Refund not given
I bought an item on dec 5th, returned it on the 23rd. It is now the 6th of January and I have not received the funds back on my gift card. This isn’t how I would like a gift card to work.

Do not use this company – terrible experience and zero transparency.
In my experience, they shut down my account right after I funded it and cancelled all the gift cards tied to my campaign. These were legitimate purchases on my own credit card to reward real people who completed a survey.
I'm told that their fraud team flagged my activity as “risky,” permanently deactivated my account, and refunded the money on their end — but I still haven’t even received a proper refund receipt. Meanwhile, I’m left looking unprofessional to my clients who were promised rewards, even though I did everything legitimately.
What worries me even more is that, after this happened, I checked reviews and saw that many others report very similar issues with sudden shutdowns and cancelled rewards.
I will never use Giftbit again and would strongly recommend, in the words of Matthew, that you "Please try another provider for your needs."
