They let me buy a Fortnite gift card online, said it would arrive instantly, it arrived over 48 hours later when I contacted them about it. And now I discover it can’t be redeemed in Ireland. I got completely shafted. Any reputable company wouldn’t allow your to purchase something that can’t be redeemed in the country you are in. Absolute scam. Their response was to say that at the bottom of the page in the frequently asked questions section it says “can this be redeemed in any region” and if you click on that it says no. I’m going to contact the small claims court, if only to prevent this happening to other people.

According to our records, your digital gift card was successfully generated and sent to your email address on 03/06/2026 at 1:38PM. Gmail can sometimes place our e-vouchers in the Promotions folder rather than the main inbox, and many of our customers locate them there. On mobile devices this folder can occasionally be less obvious, so it may be worth signing in via a desktop browser where the Promotions tab is usually easier to find.
Looking at the correspondence with our support team, the gift card was also resent on Sunday afternoon after you contacted us for assistance.
To help get this resolved as quickly as possible, I’ll arrange for the digital gift card to be sent again from our automated system within the next few minutes. If it still doesn’t come through, or if there’s anything else we can assist with, please get back in touch with our support team, and one of our team members would be happy to provide further assistance.
