This is the 2nd time I've booked through Gigsalad and it has been wonderful each time. I have several quotes and several different experience levels to choose from. I love it!

I liked how well organized the website was and having the notifications and reminder emails. It made the process of looking at each quote, videos, style etc of each musician easy to understand and easy to come back to and make a decision.

The right vibe ~ Quick turnaround on providing great list of musicians. Early conversation w/ Louis was an early indicator that we made the right choice in working w/ GigSalad!

Our events sometimes are 2 day or more and you only allow for 1 day booking and it is confusing to vendors that I want to hire. I have to explain everytime that there are 2 days.

I would not recommend this company.

I was provided a quote for one price, but when the performer arrived, I was told I needed to pay additional cash that was never disclosed upfront. This felt extremely misleading and like a bait-and-switch tactic.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to cancel shortly after signing because the terms being presented were not what I originally agreed to, I was told I could not cancel. Being quoted one amount and then being asked for more money upon arrival is unacceptable and not how reputable businesses operate.

The entire experience felt deceptive, unprofessional, and focused on squeezing more money out of customers rather than honoring the agreement that was originally presented. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to get every fee, charge, and requirement in writing before signing anything.

Very disappointing experience.

The process was very smooth, quick and informative. I received a list of potential candidates and once I received their quotes I reviewed and selected secured my booking within 24 hrs.

My Dad is a fan of Marilyn Monroe so we were able to have Anna come to the restaurant and sing Happy Birthday for his 87th. She was perfect- easy to work with, on-time, and brought joy to everyone celebrating. Really fun- I highly recommend.

Its very easy to book the band you want with the style you want. This was an effortless process.

Easy to use and the site connected me with many established musicians. I found the perfect fit for my event within a short period of time.

This is a really nice service. It's fast and easy, and super nice that it is a transparent and reasonable extra fee to GigSalad, so I know that the DJ is getting all of the money in his quote. Super nice that a down payment isn't required too, and that full payment goes to the DJ upon completion of services. Well thought out service. Wish I knew about it earlier, would have saved me some stress!

I will not reveal my identity. But I advertise as a performer on gig salad and the one thing that hurts.My business is the option when you are looking for a performer and you put in a budget. To me, this basically has other performers in nature competing for the best price, not based on the quality of their service. Obviously a Klein is good to try to get the cheapest price possible. I mean, who would want to spend more? But by offering an option to put a budget, it really boycotts. 95% of the inquiries, whereas if there was no budget option, I can still advertise my services. And they would consider it based on the details.I provide them for the rate and would justify the two performers or such based on the quality, not just the price.

Wes blew us away beyond grandest expectations— feel incredibly fortunate to discover Wes last minute for our daughter’s bday party. An immense talent and party captain to create memories for any group. Additionally, amazing to communicate with.

Never knew you existed until an acquaintance who entertains mentioned you. Was easy to navigate your site and list our event. Received a number of responses from performers we never would have found otherwise! Looking forward to working with individual we selected.

Lots of offers appeared within such a short period of time, I was overwhelmed by all the responses and groups giving their quotes. Luckily, I was able to book now for the event 12 days from today.

Such prompt and professional options available, can’t wait to us this platform again!
