Customer services were very kind
After giving them a one star rating I’d like to change that to a five star rating,after they heard about my situation and that it was impossible for me to attend due to reasons regarding my 84 year old mum who’s severely disabled and that I had to stay home and care for her instead because our carer cancelled,Gigs and Tours listened to my situation after I explained and gave me a full refund,which they never had to do,so thank you very much because we really needed the money back

Impossible to get refund or resell tickets, lost €80
Can't get a refund because I am not dead or about to give birth, making the refund protection add-on literally useless. And I also can't sell the tickets because you have to have a bank account based in the UK, which is only told after the whole process of selling tickets. So now I'm stuck with these tickets and I've lost €€80, as I can't sell them on another site.
Also, the refund information is pretty hard to find.
Last thing, I wish tickets were accessible early on, the concert is in a week and I still don't have my tickets or even information about when I'll see my tickets.

I haven’t been to the gig yet, but the purchase through Gigs and tours was seamless, tickets were received straight and visible after the purchase using the see tickets app which they use!

Got the tix...eventually
