I had Gavin French attend my property. Very helpful and completed all works to good standard.

I carried out several roofing jobs for Gilmartins. I repeatedly disputed the payments because the amounts offered did not cover my materials, labour, fuel and travel costs.
Their own paperwork shows one payment of just £14.18.

I complained at the time and was told a manager would contact me. I chased repeatedly but the matter was never resolved.
I have kept the purchase orders, job records and messages showing that I challenged the payments at the time.

We had a lovely worker from Gilmartins known Gavin French. He turned up on time and explained what he was doing in such a positive manner.

Overall friendly and throughout explained the ins and outs of what was wrong with my drain.

He was incredibly quick and kept himself at a high regard while leaving the place spotless.

Ryan was very friendly he was knowledgeable he listened to me explaining the problem and got the job done .he was well equipped experienced and knows what he was doing. Can he be the one to attend if there is any upcoming issues. Great 👍 job Ryan is the best he deserves a pay rise.

Jack arrived on time, he was very friendly and communicated well with me and my carer, he was friendly around my dog and put us all at ease, Jack quickly found the issue and it needed external help so put the repair through as an emergency… he was efficient and reassuring and explained the process… I really recommend Jack, he seemed to genuinely love his job and knew it inside and out and was a pleasure to interact with!
