To anyone considering ordering from Gina Tricot:
On June 17, 2025, I ordered a single dress. It took 11 days for the item to arrive — in my opinion, quite a long delivery time for just one item. However, I was still able to understand it, as the website did mention longer delivery times, and I also received a separate email stating that delays could currently occur. Unfortunately, the quality of the dress — priced at €70 — was disappointing, and the color was noticeably lighter than shown in the online shop.
On July 8, 2025, Gina Tricot received my return — I only know this thanks to my postal app, as Gina Tricot did not consider it necessary to inform me that the item had arrived. On July 16, I contacted customer service and explained the situation. I didn’t receive a reply until July 18. I was told that it takes 14 days to process the refund and was asked to “please be patient a little longer.” No apology, no sign of professionalism.
So I waited — and now, 14 days after my return was received, I still haven’t heard back from Gina Tricot, let alone received my money. I’ve been dealing with a single-item order for more than a month now — something that usually takes a week or two at most with other online retailers. And this was a shipment within the EU!
I’m deeply disappointed with the unprofessional and entirely customer-unfriendly handling of this process. In the future, I will think more than twice before ordering here again — and if your time and money are worth anything to you, you should too.

Gina tricot has great clothes an shopping in the shops in Sweden has always been fine. But the webshop experience is dramatic. I orderd 3 items, received 2, and now they claim that they reimbursed the money for the 3rd item to ideal. It's been 3 weeks writing to the customer service, and they still claim I got money back, even though my bank says there is no refund received and that this is not possible via ideal. Now I have lost 30 euro and have had a lot of stress from the ignorant answers from the customer service. Please don't buy from this shop unless you pay afterwards or by credit card.
Cashback not working
I was trying to buy from Klarna as they have a promotion where you get cashback. Well it doesn’t work.
Out of 7 orders made this year from Ginatricot website it worked only on 2 orders.
Why is that?
In order to get cashback you need to accept “cookies”.
Where is the issue? Sometimes it works but most of the time doesn’t work because the website has some issues and you do not get the notification popping up asking you to accept all cookies.
So people buys and they do not give them any cashback.
I contacted the assistance and the answer was “well I cannot really help you with this. Have a nice day.”
Who gave you the right to close the case if we haven’t even tried to solve the issue?
I would like this to be solved in first place and then get cashback lost.

Stains on dress
Be aware that when you order, you will not get a replacement for faulty items. I ordered a dress that arrived with stains, delivered in a ragged paper bag. When in touch with customer service, I was told I could arrange my own return via FedEx and place a new order, though the dress was already sold out. The attitude is incredibly do-it-yourself, especially for making EU customers pay 5.90 euros for delivery regardless of how much you spend.
Order went missing
Still waiting for my order since over two weeks. Tracking Status is that only the label was created with FedEx but the items not received. Customer service keep asking for order number eventhough provided several times already. Only answer is to wait. Very ridiculous as items should be received within 3-6 days

Good experience with customer service. I returned a package and apparently, it never arrived at the warehouse. I received a notification that I needed to fill out a shipping receipt with Klarna. I did that, but then I got a message saying it wasn’t approved and that I had to pay. I contacted Gina Tricot's customer service and shared the return receipt number. I received a reply the next day, and the overpaid amount was refunded immediately. Natalia supported very well in this.

Never ordering from this company. I decided to treat myself after a hard year and ordered a bag and some other things. The package never arrived. Multiple times I tried to contact customer service but they refused to do anything and they were quite rude. Now I’m without money or product. So no, never ordering anything from Gina Tricot anymore. Alma, the girl from Customer Service, helped me a lot with my return. I had problems with the company Fedex because they lost my package and even if I reclaimed weeks after they didn't helped me. However, when I talked to Alma the problem was solved in 2 days and I had my money back in less than a week. She made a terrific job and I'll repurchase soon in Gina Tricot only because of the good work you have in the Customer Service area.

Horrible customer service
Edit* “we have apologized” Yes after like three emails after I told them what an inconvenience this is for me I got “sorry for the inconvenience” :D nothing before that. I have had this happen once before with another clothing store and they apologized immediately and explained the situation for me and offered compensation. Do better.
I placed an order worth 200€. Picked up my package and it was obviously someone elses?? My information on the package was right but the clothes were completely differend to what I had ordered. I emailed to their customer service and first of all no apologies. I just got a long copy paste message that advised with returning. I changed a couple of messages with the customer service after that. Ofc I understand that I need to return the wrong clothes but no compensation and no apologies?? They can´t even send me the clothes I actually ordered??? I had to make a new order and got no compensation. All the extra work goes to the customer WHEN THEY MESS UP.

Bad experience with my last online purchase
I had a bad experience with my last online purchase, I ordered something that didn’t fit so I wanted to give it back in a store as I always did before without any problems and after that I always got the money back after some days, but this time it wasn’t possible… I needed to send back the product through Postnord, print the return label and apart of that they took 39kr of delivery fee to send back the product that they told me I was going to get back but it didn’t happen, plus that is quite complicated to print the return label if you don’t have a printer at home and the waste of time. If it is going to be like this in the future this is going to be my last online purchase.
The customer service is good, they are helpful once you get in touch with one of the employees, but it takes time. I got help from Adis that was very kind and helpful.

Good products, excellent sales, quick customer service
I like the products I kept a lot. Afterwards I had an interaction with customer service, they replied quite quickly which was good, at first there was a misunderstanding but after I explained a couple of times they immediately fixed the issue and I got the refund quickly. Faulty item from the get go, for that type of money is beyond me. Ofcourse it can be send back but no stock so cannot be reordered even if you wanted to. They respond to email quick. Just a bit disappointed by the whole thing.

I am happy with Gina Tricot, love the style. I have ordered twice, both times big orders and they both arrived just fine, normal delivery times.
The packaging is super, has a sticky strip so it’s easy to close up and return items.
The return process is not fast, it takes about 3-4 weeks for them to process a return.
But they do, so I have no complaints.
They reply on email quickly, the clothes quality is what you would expect for the price, I am really happy with the clothes I kept.
Definitely gonna order again.

No problem!!!
I made an order last Monday, their website says 2 to 5 days to receive their order in The Netherlands. The same day I got an email that my order was on its way with a link to the sending. I was impressed!!! Today it’s Thursday and the link hasn’t changed…. With Christmas I know that post can have one or two days delay, but it’s hard to believe it takes 5 days to pick up an order. I just sent them an email asking about it, I am curious to see if they answer it fast or I will receive the same treatment as many other customers here… Will update my review accordingly!
They have already answered!!! Surprisingly they were super fast responding my email. It looks like I will receive it tomorrow.
21-Dec. I received my order yesterday. Lovely top, very happy with it. I have to say that after reading the reviews in here I was a bit afraid of this company but my experience with them wasn’t bad. Their customer service reacted fast, I received the order within the 5 days and I really like what I bought.
