Awful policies
i have full understanding that employees need to follow the policy of companies they work for. however, it’s quite disappointing that gina is one of the only clothing stores in sweden that still choose to abide by caveman policies. i couldn’t return a brand new pair of UNTOUCHED jeans because of the price tag missing, which wasn’t even my fault. i’ve been trying to sell them but to no avail. only option i have left is to throw them away and it pains me because it’s such a waste of material. i have been able to return clothes at h&m, 157 and many other swedish clothing stores even without the price tags because they have like no meaning nowadays. moving on, i will still rate 2 star because they have amazing clothes, a bit overpriced, but still hot as hell.

lost package? 📦
Received my package worth 340 euros on the 6th of july. Decided I wanted to return 70% of it because some items were broken and some didn’t look right on me. I returned my package on the 19th of july and my track and trace number says GT already received my package on the 29th of july. But it’s now the 13th of august, almost a month after my return sending. and I have still not received any money back. I keep emailing and asking what happened to my package but all they say is that it can take a couple of weeks before your return is registered. I’m sorry but it’s a quite a lot of money we’re talking about and I’m not happy with the service at all. I want to know where my package is and when I can expect my refund. Even though I really like the few items that I did keep from Gina Tricot, I will not be ordering here again because I don’t trust the service anymore and will not risk this happening to me again. It gives me a lot of anxiety.

I placed an order over a month ago, and a message 2 days later that my package had been sent. I waited patiently for an extra 2 weeks, and then i got enough. I wrote them an email that described my situation and they replied with an faq and said that customer service was busy and i needed to wait even further for personal assistance, so i did :( They NEVER responded, on phone, mail or chat. Do not order.😡

Never got my package
I placed an order on may 12. To this day I have not received anything even though I got a tracking link. The link doesn’t work half of the time and it doesn’t say anything about when it is going to be delivered. I contacted the customer service and I got an automated response? I contacted them again after this but have not gotten a response yet and don’t think I will. I’m not pleased at all because they don’t help you. I also got an email asking me how i found the product and if I didn’t receive it yet to click the little link, I did that several times but it doesn’t anything either.

Never received my package
I was waiting for a parcel from them with DHL that they claim was delivered but I didn't receive. Most probably it got stolen from the entrance of my building because DHL wrongly left it there. Although they replied to my emails asking for help, they didn't practically offer a solution or reimbursement of any kind.

Shipping is 5,90 on every order to Belgium and return costs too... That is so expensive. The pants I received are sooo tiny. But won't return because shipping is so expensive. Won't order again on here sadly.

Never got my order and no response
I placed an order on May 2nd, after which I got an email on May 6th that it had been shipped. However, the tracking link (which doesn’t work half of the time) shows that the package has been registered but is not yet at DHL. After a while of waiting in hopes that it was just a delay I sent an email to customer service, to which they responded with an automically generated message stating that customer service is busy and I should look at the FAQ. It has been a week since this interaction (a month since the inital order) and I have yet to hear from an actual employee.

Slow delivery
I ordered on the 5th of April and did get a ‘it has been sent’ message quickly. Did not receive anything and did not get any response on my email to customer care. Parcel has finally been delivered late.

After ordering a few items
After ordering a few items, it appeared that one of the items wasn’t able to be delivered to me. I was told i would get a refund but i had to email several times and i still don’t have the money. The rest of the items were supposed to be delivered a week ago but i still don’t have them and i never received a track and trace. I’ve emailed about this several times as well but nothing has happened.

No money returned, no reactions on e-mails!
I did not receive a confirmation email after ordering, but I did pay and receive my order. I emailed about this and several times I received the answer 'we can help you if you send your order number'. I didn't receive this, so I emailed them. After emailing several times, I never heard anything again. Since I was traveling for months, I sent back what I didn't take. In the hope that I would get my money back because the clothing was previously linked to my account number. Never had any further response. Incredibly bad!! Definitely about €50.
